One bedroom is perfect for privacy with 2 single beds and a small kitchen for the kids or whomever...The master bedroom has a jaccuzzi tub and separate shower for the best of both worlds. This home is located in prestious Skyland subdivision and was once owned by Bill Harrah. Is is just minutes from the casinos and the new Heavenly Valley Ski Gondola. In consideration of all the neighbors and the Rental Agreement there is to be absolutely no weddings, receptions, or any other party or group function. Four wheel drive recomended in the winter. Tired and Worn Lake Front Accommodations HnHNevada from Reno, NV, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2009 We were seven adults and stayed here for two nights. Being right on the Lake, the views were stunning both from inside the house and on the decks. Access to the water in front of the house was impossible except to climb down the ladder from the end of the dock. Kids could do this with no problem but it does pose a problem for older adults. However, the private homeowner's beach is just a short walk from the house and it has a nice sandy beach and nice entrance to the water - great for all ages. The house was clean but we decided not very comfortable. The living room furniture is old and well used and not at all comfortable to relax in. The dining area has a large table but once people are seated, there is no room to move around, especially to get back into the kitchen with people sitting along that side of the table. I bring this up for people looking for lots of room for dining or with lots of kids. The beds were tolerable, but again not very comfortable. Likewise, the deck furniture is old and very uncomfortable. We'd think that for the high price to rent this house the owners would furnish more comfortable, updated furniture. Because this get-together was a special occasion for us, we had decided to spend the extra money and rent this 'luxury' accommodation. We would not rate this house as a 'luxury' but as 'tired and worn lake front'. The house does not justify the exorbitant rental price. Renting through Lake Tahoe Accommodations was a very good experience. Kenny at Reservations was friendly, helpful and professional and a pleasure to work with. The folks at the SLT office were likewise, very friendly, cheerful, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use them again when looking for accommodations at Lake Tahoe. Sleepless. DPK from San Diego, CA, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2009 Although this home has 5 bedrooms the quality the beds was extremely poor, except for the master bedroom. I highly recommend replacing the mattresses and provide a couple more queen beds instead of all the twins. The home was not as clean as I feel it should be. There was a mouse living in the apartment type bedroom, it was clearly coming through a hole in the corner (carpet chewed away, etc). we called property management, but no one from property management came out to set traps or try to plug the hole. Very dissapointing. The furniture throughout the home is extremely old, dingy and in need of replacement. A dining room chair actually broke and one of my family members was plunked to the floor. Luckily it was a younger person and not one of my parents. The location of the home was nice, but we couldn't get a decent nights sleep due to the beds. For the price paid, I expected a clean home with comfortable beds.		Overall Satisfacation
