Great house!

Stayed for 2 days in September, 2014
We had a very nice stay here! The location was great! You could walk down to the lake from the house and it was just a quick drive to Zephyr Cove and the casinos. There also is a Safeway right across the street which was very convenient. There was more than enough space to fit our group of 12. I would recommend this property to others.

Not only is the house walking distance to a private beach, there were plenty of beds, house was clean, hot tub was great, we BBQed every night. The trip was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

Nice location, Not the best house...

The house was extremely hot during day, air conditioning was not working and fans were not enough to cool down the house with 12 people on it. It was even worse at night.There was full of dead bugs and spiders all over the house; on bath tub, by windows, on kitchen. Most probably the heat caused that. House was not clean as we expected.Ice maker on was not working, window blind and window screen on dining room were broken.Bed comforter on master bedroom was torn.The fence on the balcony was broken and even thought the minor ones was fixed but still had a lot of major damages that didn?t get fixed (So dangerous for kids).The fridge on the first floor was so noisy and didn?t let people sleep at night.In general, beside of this house being located on a private community and having a private beach, we were not satisfied by the house; it was not clean as we expected and it was extremely hot.

The house is not advertised with having AC. There were NO bugs when we inspected the house the day you checked in. The house was cleaned the day before you checked in. The house is also not advertised as having an ice maker, there are several ice trays in the freezer. Sorry that you confusion about those items.
