Located on the East side of Hwy 101, 5 miles South of Waldport and 2 miles North of Yachats, this home will accommodate up to 8 guests. The home is nestled in a wooded setting, where you can enjoy deer grazing in the yard, birds nesting nearby and the not-so-distant sounds of the surf hitting the shoreline. The home has custom woodwork and cheerful colors throughout. The main level of the home is located up a flight of exterior stairs. In the summer months, enjoy patio furniture and barbeque on a large deck overlooking the gardens, forested land and dog friendly yard below. Step inside and you are greeted with wonderful hardwood floors, open beam ceiling, large bank of windows and skylights! The great room is on this level with living room, wood burning fireplace and a large well equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on this level; one has 2 twin beds and across the hall is a bedroom with a queen bed. Located upstairs is the loft bedroom, with a queen bed, seating area and book shelves with plenty to read! Step inside to the 600 sq foot master suite with king bed, bathroom, cable TV and a large soaking tub overlooking the forest! Bring your laptop, as wireless Internet is available at no extra charge. At the garage level of the home is a game room with ping-pong and other games when the coastal weather does not beckon you outdoors. Your family dog is welcome with an Additional Pet Cleaning fee of $50. Beach access is a quick two blocks away across Hwy 101 with miles of pristine beach to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: This home is a pet-friendly home. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $50.00 that will be applied to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office to Opt-out prior to the final payment. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 4 VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.
