Big Creek, a wonderful waterfront home, has been designed with the captain's quarters of an old wooden ship in mind. The interior of this home is built with large, rough-hewn beams that have been painted with an eggshell color to reflect light coming in from the west-facing windows. A fireplace and nautical touches finish the look of this cozy, beach rental home. It is located right next to Big Creek, which feeds directly into the ocean. The beach and creek access are an easy walk from the backyard. There are also a barbeque and picnic tables on the back deck for casual dining.Living Room: West-facing windows, fireplace (you provide the wood), hide-a-bed, TV w/satellite, VCR/DVD/MP3/CD stereo. Bedroom 1: Master with queen bed and 1/2 bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Twin bed, bunk bed with a full size bottom and a single top. Bath 1: Main bath in hall has a five ft. tiled shower with dual shower heads. Bath 2: Half bath in master bedroom Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, great ocean views, has tile counter tops as well as built-in tile-topped table w/ five chairs. Stack Washer/Dryer in closet located in the second bedroom. Linens: Provided Approximately 1416 square feet Maximum Occupancy: 9 Vehicles permitted: 5 No Motorhomes Permitted No Smoking Permitted 2 PET MAXIMUM, STRICTLY ENFORCED Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $50 hot tub fee , a $95 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
