Tucked away behind the closet door is the entertainment system for the youngsters where they can watch their own favorite movies! The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the washer and dryer are located in the garage. Walk the length of the historic 804 Trail, which runs right alongside the home. Walk to the nearby beach access, to State Parks or to downtown restaurants and shops. Yachats is a quiet coastal community located about ½ hour South of Newport. Yachats is known for its peaceful and eclectic ambiance and is a great place to enjoy at any time of year!
