This is a truly amazing place for you to call home.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master on the main level, queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms downstairs, and a queen bed and two twins in the 5th bedroom downstairs. Sleeps up to 12.
Distance to Resort: 3 miles away from Winter Park Resort base.

Gorgeous Place and Great for a Large Group of People Dawn from Parker, CO, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We just spent 4 days at Timber Ridge, which was wonderful. It accommodated 12 people comfortably (adults and kids) and we never felt "on top" of each other. The location to the WP ski resort was convenient, and the views where the house resides are amazing. One downside is that there are a lot steps (rather steep) in this house, which can make it tricky for elderly people or small children. My one complaint is that there weren't any tissues in any of the bathrooms, but because Safeway is nearby, we just picked up a few boxes for our use. The WP Lodging staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with at all times. I would go through the WP Lodging company again for future rentals. My daughter left behind her favorite ball cap, and they were so kind to find it and send it to us.		Overall Satisfacation

Our family has a wonderful, enjoyable vacation experience at the Dennis Riesselman from Omaha, NE, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 The home was large for our family of 11. Parents each had their own bedroom and the kids filled the add'l beds. The Lodge was clean and the kitchen was open and provided a lot of room. We had a great time at this lodge. A Great Price For such a Nice Place Gebby from La Crosse WI, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 We rented this place for a week and had our wedding at the house. It worked out great, the house was wonderful and the main living room, dining room and kitchen was perfect for our small wedding. The master bathroom was outstanding and having 2 washers and dryers really helped. It has everything you need and having a ping pong table and private hottub was nice. Though I personally didn't even watch TV, both the upstairs and downstairs large flat panels were very nice for music as they were Mitsubishi's with 16 tweeters and a very good sub, we didn't even have to turn it up that loud. Our only 2 complaints(not enough to drop a star) was the cleanliness of the house when we arrived and no screens on the windows. We had to sweep and mop the upstairs and clean the windows which were kinda bad(especially if you are going to be taking alot of pictures). While it starts getting cold you need to shut the windows so the bugs don't swarm in(after it gets cold you can open them up). Those were very minor problems.		Overall Satisfacation
Awesome! The Henns from Washington, Arizona and Georgia, Stayed for 0 days in May, 2012 Every facet of staying at Timber Ridge Lodge was outstanding. The spacious accomodations were well suited to three families of six adults and six chidren. The staff were eager to respond to all of our needs and made the stay extremely pleasant. Only one very minor problem was when accessing the property, the instructions didn't exactly match the circumstances. Quickly straignted out with a couple o phone calls. The weather for the most part cooperated. The nearby Ymca Ranch was a perfect outlet for keeping the Grandkids occupied. We would come back anytime. Thanks for a pleasant stay.		Overall Satisfacation
Best family vacation ever! Meier Family from Hartland, WI, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 We loved Timber Ridge Lodge! Two families shared the house, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We appreciated the two "living rooms", radiant heat, ping pong table, two washers & dryers,and the well-equipped kitchen. The views were gorgeous. All the people we dealt & with in Winter Park were pleasant and service-oriented. The pillows & mattresses were the only thing we complained about. The master bedroom's mattress was fine. Fabulous! Annie Banks from Atlanta, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 Loved the house and the hot tub! Hopefully we can stay here next year too!! We received immediate service when we called. The home was cozy and very roomy. the location was perfect, just about a mile from everything. You're missing out if you dont sele TEXAS INVASION! from Houston, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2012 Our stay at Timber Ridge Lodge met above and beyond our expectations!!! Winterpark Loding Company (with the help of my new friend Conor there which whom by the way is awesome!) helped choose this house and the minute we stepped into the house we were amazed! All of us are from Texas and never experienced snow like such at Winterpark and we were worried about being cold at all times..but the heated floors were awesome. The views everywhere in the house were gorgeous. We had 11 people with plennnttty of room. We had no problems at this house and we Loveddd the fact that the house had a tv in every room, wifi, whatever you needed it was available here. I guess the only thing was we were trying to hook up our ipod with a aux cable and we had some issues but we just ended up listening to music on our laptops. The house was just minutes away from the town which was great! Easy to drive in and around in especially for us southerners! :) The last day it did snow and we werent sure if a snow plower was coming to take the snow away but we really did have fun doing it ourselves! I also have to give my props to Winterpark Lodging company which I'm sure I bugged them so much before and during our trip but they were so awesome! Anything I needed, they were ready and willing to help and it was such a pleasure to work with them. They really did above and beyond of what I expected and I would def. reccommend them to anyone. Family Reunion at Winter Park, CO Grammy L from Longmont, Colorado, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2011 We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a family reunion at Winter Park. We rented a house with 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas, so here was plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing. The customer service was above and beyond. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. Winter Park Lodging called before we left home to see if we had questions, they checked with again on our arrival and after we left. It was very consider of them. The house was exactly as pictured on the web site only it did not do justice to the home. We loved being near the Winter Park Resort and all the activites available to everyone in our group, ranging in age from 72 to 2 years old. We loved having flat screen Tv's and DVD players in every bedroom and 2 large screen Tv's in the living areas. The adults watched the football game upstairs and the teenagers played video games downstairs. There were a lot of stairs in the home and we would have brought gates if we had known how many stairways there were. Other than that it made for a wonderful holiday for everyone. Amazing home, great location and lots of space! Great home, Great Location, Great Price! from Denver, CO, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2011 We stayed in this home for two nights in Jan with family and friends. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ages 8-12. The floorplan of the home was perfect for our needs and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The radiant floor heating takes a good half day to get going so make sure you pack slippers and a sweater but once it gets heated, you'll be walking around in shorts and a t-shirt. The large master on the main floor is the nicest room but not necessarily the quietest because it's just outside the kitchen and the main living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and enough plates, glasses and flatware for 30 people. Gorgeous views from every deck and from the 5 star hot tub. Great location for skiing, tubing, ice skating and shopping - nothing was more than 10 minutes away. Each bathroom was supplied with toiletries which was a nice touch. Be sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent and a backup plan if you are planning meals that require a grill - the grill wasn't working during our stay and we had steaks on the menu!
