Thank you for considering our magnificent 5 bedroom 4.5 bath custom home for your vacation. It is located 1/3 mile from the Zypher chairlift in the Lakota neighborhood. This town home has 3 levels and sleeps 12 to 14 in 3700 sq ft of ultra luxury. Very comfortable for 3 families.Dreamcatcher is the highest end most luxurious town homes in all of Winter Park. They are comparable to the 3 million plus private homes at Bridgers Cache (featured in the Home and Gardens vacation home giveaway 2 years ago) in quality but only smaller. That is if you consider 3700sq ft small!!! Enjoy the private 8 person outdoor hot tub with spectacular views of the mountain. Other amenities include a 2 car private heated garage, washer dryer, sauna and gas fireplaces throughout. A free private shuttle runs every 10 minutes Friday, Saturday and Sunday or you can drive your car across the street and jump on the Winter Park Shuttle which also runs every 10 minutes. Both shuttles will drop you of at the Zypher Lift.The main floor consists of a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with the highest end appliances. Radiant heat under the carpets and custom wooden floors will keep your feet warm and toasty. Upstairs you will find a comfortable study/loft, which can accommodate a queen Aerobed, and 2 roomy master bedroom suites each with its own luxury bathrooms. The downstairs level consists of a third master bedroom suite with a sauna and the fourth and fifth bedrooms which share a bathroom with double sinks. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a bunk with a full sized bed as the lower part of the bunk. This level also has a family room with big a 50 inch LCD TV and entertainment system. Step outside the French doors and you will find the private hot tub with views of the slopes.NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
