Relax in the open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, or play some pool in the billiards room. Enjoy the hot tub outside your building or relax out one one of the 2 private decks and take in the view. This upscale, all-on-one-floor condo offers space for the whole group to have plenty of room. You’ll enjoy the high-end appliances in the gourmet kitchen, the game room, multiple fireplaces, and the state-of-the-art, brand-new entertainment systems. There’s also wireless internet, laundry room, free underground heated parking, and a nearby shuttle stop.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master suite, queen in the 2nd master suite, king in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and 3 sets of extra-long bunk beds (one with a queen mattress on the bottom) in the 5th bedroom. Sleeps up to 15 people.
Location: Located in Old Town Winter Park, 1/3 mile from the ski area base and 2 miles from downtown Winter Park.

It was perfect! Lynn Dillon from Evergreen, CO, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 3 families (6 adults & 6 kids) fit perfectly in this condo. There are big rooms so all can gather together but there are lots of rooms so you can go off by yourself too! I was always surprised at the activity going on when I came out of the bedroom...rooms are well insulated from noise. We ate breakfasts & dinners at condo (great kitchen & large dining area) & lunch on the mountain everyday. Great skiing. The shuttle took us right to the mountain & returned us to the entrance of Trademark once we told the driver where we were heading. We sat on the deck every evening and enjoyed the mountain view. We have looked at a lot of real estate and this is our favorite!		Overall Satisfacation

What an amazing Condo rkacochrane from Urbana, Md, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We loved this place! Stayed as a group of 15 people ranging in ages from 2 to 62. We never felt like we were on top of each other and enjoyed the amenities. This condo is gorgeous with a great view. A short walk to the shuttle was very convenient. Remarkably comfortable home and great base for skiing with a lar Alex from Saint Paul, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We enjoyed a great five day ski vacation at this Winter Park condo with a group of 15 people from four families. This home is fabulously luxurious and was entertaining for the skiers and non-skiers in our group! The bunkroom was perfect for the kids and we enjoyed the pool table too. Initially, we thought the hot tub being shared would be a minor issue, but it was very close-by and we were the only ones there every time. While we had a couple issues -- the ski locker was not open or available, and the television system and internet were not working -- the management company was very responsive and worked to fix these issues as fast as possible. We were very satisfied with their support and commitment, and they were fixed for most of our stay here. Shuttle to the ski base wasn't very fast, and not close enough to walk, but this was not a big problem. While it's not an inexpensive place, I would highly recommend this property for those looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Winter Park. We made some great memories! Thanks. There was plenty of room to spread out. Happy Skiers from Champaign, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 We loved the condo. The bunk room was perfect for the girls- aged 8-18. The two separate bedroom wings allowed us peace and quiet although we were on different sleep schedules. The pool table was a real hit. We would definitely rent this condo again.
