Description: Enjoy the seclusion and quiet of this beautiful mountain home, while being located just moments from the slopes and the village shops at Winter Park Resort. You’ll love the high end appliances, superbly crafter woodwork and stone offered throughout this exquisite home. Relax in the enormous main living area, complete with a wet bar, two-story fireplace, and wall of windows.
Sleeping Arrangements: Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, plus a ½ bath on the main floor. Two sets of double beds in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom, another set of double beds in the 3rd bedroom, and two bunk beds (one with a double bed on the bottom) in the 4th bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area. This townhome comfortably sleeps 14 people.
Location: Just ¼ mile from Winter Park Village, and about 2 miles to downtown Winter Park. 150 yards to the Corridor ski trail on a designated and maintained foot path.

Amazing week! Hartsocks from Norman, Ok, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 Our extended family of 12 spent spring break here. We loved the beauty, convenience and space of the home. Wonderful, elegant and Kate from Columbus, Nebraska, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2012 This last weekend 9 of us classmates of 40 years met to eat, pray and love and absolutely loved the place. It is as gorgeous as the pictures show. The kitchen was amazing and equiped beyond our expectations. The beds were all so comfortable and down comforters graced all beds. One morning a toilet was plugged and a simple phone had a maintainence guy out that day to fix it. The TV in the main living area was not working and another simple phone call was made and someone was sent out to fix it. (previous tenants had messed with the cables). It was quiet, peaceful and close to everything in Winterpark. A stream ran close to the place so we could hear it from our bedrooms at night with windows open."Heaven"! Thank you for this experiencs. We will never forget this place and hope to come back again.		Overall Satisfacation
perfect getaway imc from co. springs, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 We stayed at base came 494 for 4 nights over President's Day Weekend. Other than skiing, there was really no need to leave the house! It was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, there was lots of room for the 11 of us and our stuff, and the layout is perfect for entertaining. The house came with everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. Getting to the slopes from the trail was really easy, and the shuttle dropped us off literally at our front door. Wonderful family hideaway The Gordon Family from Pryor, Oklahoma, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2011 Home was everything that we could ask for. Decor was very upscale. The chief in your family will love the fully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable all though they were stepper ate beds in master, after a long day on the slopes that was ok! Our only complaint would be radiant heat- it was very hot on upper floors and cool on bottom floor. We had heat turned off on the top floor and were fine even in subzero weather. The ski-in was great, however if you aren't in tiptop shape the ski out will be a challenge. Overall, we would stay again. Property Manager Response: Thank you for the feedback on the heat. We have sent a technician to be sure all is working order. The basement level will always be a bit cooler than the upper floors (heat rises) but it should not be as noticeable as you found it.
