Description: This is the best and largest property in Winter Park’s new base village. This new loft features two stories of luxury, including five flat screen TV’s, two gas fireplaces, two living areas, vaulted ceilings, a game room/table area overlooking the ice skating pond, and a private garage.
Sleeping Arrangements: King beds in both the master and 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom in the 4th bedroom, and a queen pullout bed. Complete with 3 ½ bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 people
Distance to Resort: Three minute walk to Zephyr chairlift.

It's OK but... CECILIA from MEXICO CITY, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 It was great being on the Base of Winterpark, after many years visiting this ski centre is the first time we stay at the Base, and it's so comfortable because you don't depend on the rest of the group. Besides the restaurants are pretty good. The loft is nice but it seemed like the floors haven't had a deep cleaning in years, and there aren't mops or brooms to clean. The heating is really poor, the living room gets too hot while the bedrooms are freezing. So next time we would like to stay at the Base but I think we'll look for another property. There was so much space in the loft, we had two families in the loft for a total of 9 people, 4 of which were kids and there was never any crowding. You Feel Like You're at Home Collay from Tempe AZ, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2011 It is a bit of a challenge to find the place however, when you walk in the door you feel right at home. The place is clean, beds/pillows were perfect for everyone. Kitchen is best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Only complaint is only 2 glasses and 7 wine glasses along with only 2 kitchen towels. The view is fantastic. Winter Park Logding Co employee was right there when we needed help locating the place, when we had a bit of a problem with pipe leaking under kitchen sink. Very professional management company. To satisfy 9 people is almost impossible however, Loft 101 fit all of our expectations and more.		Overall Satisfacation

Great location and luxury condo skidog from Boxford, Ma, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Our stay in WP was excellent.Customer service at winter Park Lodging was the best; they answered all my ?'s in a very efficient manner. Check in and check out was easy. Winer Park Lodging staff are well trained and professional. The condo/townhouse was gorgeous, beds comfortable, kitchen lovely and pretty well stocked though could have used more pans for cooking and a few essentials. Our only complaint is the night time noise coming from the street outside the downstairs bedrooms. The trash company picks up trash form about 10pm-2 am and the noise woke us all up 3-4 times a night with the trucks and rolling of barrels. It really was a problem given we are hard core skiiesr, up at 7 and want to be on the slopes by 8. Otherwise we loved Loft 101.		Overall Satisfacation
Great place to make some family memories garmar from Fairview, OK, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 What a wonderful facility. Clean, well-kept, roomy. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook some nice meals with all the utensils that were provided. We had a great time that was enhanced by the nice condo. The staff was very helpful and checked with us frequently before, during , and after our stay. We had a bit of a hard time figuring out where the condo was located within the village, but once we found it, we loved the location. The best ski lodging ever! The Post family from Southlake, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 Base Village Loft 101 was a perfect place for our family ski place. It was roomy, well-appointed and gorgeous! The kitchen was well-stocked; the living areas were comfortable, warm (great fireplaces) and beautiful; the bathrooms were large and tasteful; and the bedrooms all had large, comfortable with rich bedding.
