This custom built home is absolutely gorgeous with smooth wood floors throughout, lots of light coming in from the walls of windows, and marble finishings. This spacious one floor unit has a master bedroom with a king bed, AND a private bathroom with a steam shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the den has two twin beds, and there is also a new pullout sofa in the living area.

Park in your heated one-car garage, then either walk the indoor flight of stairs or take the elevator to the second floor. You'll be happily greeted by a very large, open living room complete with flat screen TV & surround sound, and fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all top end appliances and centered around a large granite island, a perfect place for hanging out at the end of a ski day. With an elevator and everything on one floor, this unit is completely ADA COMPLIANT.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master Suite, Queen in 2nd bedroom, Twin trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
