Description: This luxurious and convenient loft offers high-end furnishings, flat screen TV’s, a gas fireplace, and a private garage. Relax on the massive deck, with plenty of patio furniture and enjoy the panoramic view of the continental divide. Being located in the middle of the Village at Winter Park Resort, you have just a short walk downstairs to restaurant, shops, and the chairlifts.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin trundle pullout in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen size pullout sofa in the living area. Complete with three full bathrooms, this loft can sleep up to 10 people.
Location: Three minute walk to the Zephyr chairlift.

Fun Family Retreat Jen from Denver, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2013 We had a fantastic time here. With a separated living space and bedroom/bath area we felt at home. We were concerned about the distance to the lift but it was not bad at all. We enjoyed the ice-cream shop below us and the private garage space. Great place, great location! Lufferly from Spring Texas, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We stayed at Base Village Loft 110 for 4 days over MLK weekend ... my husband and I, our 14 year old son and 24 year old daughter. We all loved this place. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and would accomodate a much larger group very easily. It was very quiet but just upstairs from all the happenings. The cabriolet is just across a very small parking area, as well as the shuttle stop. Beds were all very comfy and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Winter Park Lodging Company was great to deal with. We had an issue with the cable box the afternoon we got in but the following day (which was a Saturday) they had the cable company out to fix it. Wonderful 2012 Christmas Experience flyinghighfamily from Louisiana, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 Our family of 6 stayed at Base Village Loft 110 for four nights! The location was absolutely perfect for walking to The Village, to the slopes, and to the shuttle. We would highly recommend a family to stay at this beautiful condo. Being able to walk to and see the fabulous Christmas Eve event was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend being at Winter Park on Christmas Eve. The only negative we had was that we wish we could have stayed longer! (Booking the condo was so easy because of the knowledgable staff.) The home was beautiful and what a location--right in the heart of The Village. We highly recommend.		Overall Satisfacation

Location was great - we never got in the car and Winter Park Village has enough going on for all ages that everyone was happy. This loft was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. Relaxing glorious weekend stay at Winter Park Nfnlndr63 from Aurora CO, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2011 We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this luxorious home right in Winter Park ski resort. This two story spot had lots of room for our six person family and the latest in any comfort you could want. My favorite moments: enjoying my Starbucks on one of the patios in the morning. Great location and accomodations Good times at the Village from Mead, CO, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2010 We really enjoyed our stay, nice rooms, kitchen and living area. Right next to the slopes and shops. Hot tubs that were available for use were wonderful but ideally would be right at the condo complex instead of across the Village. Would also be good to have clearer instructions on parking and process to get in and out of the lot.		Overall Satisfacation
