Situated high up overlooking Winter Park Resort, you can sip your morning coffee while watching the first lifts take skiers to the top of the mountain. This town home was the model and it shows - top end furnishings, granite countertops, private hot tubs, and picture perfect views from the living/dining/kitchen plus the master bathroom.
It is perfect for 2 families with children or a retreat with friends as it boasts a master on the top floor with a private bathroom, plus two more bedrooms on the first level - one with a queen bed and another with 2 sets of bunks. Plus, the downstairs bedrooms walk out to a second living area where the kids can watch TV or use the pullout queen sleeper sofa.

Everything was beautiful and just like the pictures!!! The layout of the house makes everyone have their own space..The booking thru the Lodging Company was great and everyone was so nice! Definitily will be coming back...oh...and the snow mobiling along the Continental Divide...a must!! Beautiful, breathtaking. And the taxi service was great also that would pick us up and take us across to the slopes...even load our skis! Great Location! Falcone from Texas, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 The staff was a huge help and amazing to work with. The home was very comfortable but, loud. Upstairs bdrm could hear all of what was happening downstairs. Bdrm with hot tub did not have a secure door to keep snow and wind out. Other than that we loved the condo and would recommend it to friends. One suggestion...provide additional heaters for bdrms. Thermostats were not reliable. Property Manager Response: Thanks for taking the time to review the property. We have fixed the lock on the bedroom door to the hot tub so that's all good now. What a treat! Great Stay Satisfied from Plano, TX, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 The unit was comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains and slopes. We loved the location as it was convenient to town and the WP ski resort. We enjoyed walks on the ridges and the hot tub. The service provided by WPL was outstanding! The coat room area from the garage offered lots of convenient hooks to hang our jackets, etc. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.		Overall Satisfacation
