3 br Winter Park Ski-in/Ski-out Condo

Description: Come enjoy the brand new village at Winter Park and all it has to offer. With granite countertops, high end furnishings, gas fireplace, 3 flat screen TV’s and a jetted tub in the master bath, you’ll experience nothing but the best during your stay. With only a 30 second walk to the slopes, this loft is the perfect ski-in/ski-out vacation home. Last but not least, you’ll be one of the only guests at Winter Park Base with your own free private garage.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk, plus a twin trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom. There’s also an oversized queen pullout bed and a twin pullout bed in the living room. Comfortably sleeps up to 11 people.
Distance to Resort: Three-minute walk to the Zephyr chairlift.

We have discounted lift tickets that will save you at least $30/day per person as well as 22% off ski rentals.

Fabulous loft! H&Z Ham from Castle Rock, CO, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We had a wonderful time skiing, tubing and ice skating at Winter Park. We met friends from atlanta for a fun weekend together. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children). We were all very comfortable with plenty of room. The loft has everything you can think of - well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies and the washer & dryer was very convenient. The beds are very comfortable - everything was nice and clean. The loft is conveniently located in Winter Park village - just a 3-5 minute walk to the ski lift. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend as a vacation get-away. Very well kept with all the nice things you have at your own house: crock pot, wine glasses, great knives...it might be nicer than my house! Beautiful and Convenient Wendy from Superior, CO, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 We had such a wonderful time at Loft 6. The location was perfect, right in the Village, so all we had to do was walk downstairs and be right where all the action was: Starbucks, bike rental, all the summer activities and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect since I cooked many of our meals and the dining room table was large enough for all of us to sit around. The rooms were comfortable and the decor was top-notch and clean. Having our own garage was a plus--not only our own garage, but one large enough to pull into with a Thule on the rack was another unexpected plus. Any time the kids forgot something and we were in the Village, we were so close to our Loft, we could walk back at any time. The down-side is that we're going to have to wait several months before we return. I hope Loft 6 is available again.		Overall Satisfacation

We booked through Wplc and we weren't disappointed. This loft overlooks the village and puts you within mere steps of shops and activities for all ages. We had a wonderful time shopping and spent a day at the WP resort, with many trips down the alpine slide. A Vacation to Remember! South Louisiana meets the Rocky Mountains! from Hammond, LA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 The loft #106 was an exceptional place to stay. It was within walking distance to the slopes, and being in the village provided other activities to suit the whole family. There were several members of the family that didn't ski, so they were able to find other fun things to do from the same location. It was cozy and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was having to use the lockbox everytime we entered the loft. With a big family, it was hard to do. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the 3 bathrooms were exceptional, and the Kitchen was a dream. Even the pull out sofa was so comfortable. I've never seen such a perfect design for a pull out sofa. Our family bonded together and was a perfect place to share our lives. Winterpark lodging provided a pack n play for my grandson to sleep in, and they had it waiting for us before we arrived. We look forward to coming back.		Overall Satisfacation
Super Great! Michael from Saint Paul, MN, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 I was introduced to Wplc on a solo trip earlier in the year. Had such a positive experience, booked lodging for a family trip thru them. Once again, phenomenal. The staff @ Wplc communicated with us proactively via email and phone before, during and after the trip...just to check in and make all was well. During the trip, we had a few challenges (user error) with some of the technology in the unit. They sent someone out within an hour to get it ironed out. We stayed in the unit with another family of 4, for a total of 8 of us. It was perfect, with the kids sharing a bedroom and the adults each getting their own room. The location totally rocks! When you stay here, you are within 200 yards of: 7 restaurants/bars 2 coffee shops 8 shops 1 convenience store 3 rental / ticket locations 6 hot tubs The main Zephyr lift This is a great location for kids, especially those age 8 and up. Everyone can come and go when they want. Kids can easily find their way back to the loft by themselves. Parents can know that everyone is taken care of. We are definitely coming back and staying with the fine folks @ Wplc.		Overall Satisfacation

A Very Good Subsitute Judy from Denver, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 This place was not our original choice, but it worked out well. A very nice upscale loft. Lots of ameneties. Loved that kitchen! Would like to have had more cable channels. Property Manager Response: Thank you for your flexibility in moving to the loft when we found out the hot tub would not be ready in time at Needles. Base Loft 106 DT from DC, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 Unit was great but very unhappy that the internet was not working and did not get addressed during the entire time we were there. This really impacted keeping in touch with my office and getting some work done. Also, the television did not work properly to get all the stations. Property Manager Response: Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We apologize for the snag with the internet service. It is now working perfectly and we would love to have you back again. Since you departed, the building was also upgraded to full cable service so ESPN and other cable stations come in clearly.
