Description: Peace, quiet and easy access to the slopes, this condo is a dream come true. With two living areas, huge windows, and the high end kitchen, you’ll experience nothing but luxury during your stay. You’ll also get to enjoy a private garage, and close proximity to both a shared hot tub, and the shuttle bus stop.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a set of twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Distance to Resort: 1/3 mile from the Winter Park Resort base.

We have discounted lift tickets that will save you at least $30/day per person as well as 22% off ski rentals.

Third time to stay Happy Traveler from Oklahoma, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 Our family has stayed at this condo three years in a row...that's how great it is. We make annual trips to Winter Park and the Trademark area is our favorite. Great condo with all the amenities! It is a short walk to the shuttle stop and we usually just walk back after our day of skiing. Winter Park Lodging does a fantastic job with the check in and out process. They call before, during and after your stay to see how everything is going. They can get your ski rentals and lift tickets to you the evening before your first day of skiing!		Overall Satisfacation

Great stay Anonymous from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 We had a great time. The accommodations were excellent. The next best thing to ski in/ski out. Our bed was comfy. The others in the family said theirs were not, but they didn't pay for it so... I hope the dishwasher stopped foaming. We had just a little more after the repair man came. Nice place ed from Denver, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 The stay started off poorly, my father (65) slipped on some ice outside the condo. The ice was hidden under a half inch of light snow. Once inside, we liked the condo, it was very nice, very clean. Really the only issues were the comfort of the kid's single beds (too firm) and the TV cable set up (the direction sheet provided was not currant and the cable box was not connected to the TV. Would Stay Here Again Without Hesitation Bungee49 from Overland Park, KS, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 Perfect size for six adults, with room for eight, if required. Quiet, elegant complex. Beds are very comfortable. Extremely convenient to Winter Park/Mary Jane skiing. Reserved parking for one vehicle right outside the door. Free underground heated garage parking with keypad access available half a block away. Dumpster nearby. The pictures do not give full credit to the kitchen layout in the condo. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans were plentiful and of high quality, but bring your own chef's knife or sharpener. The communal hot tub is not particularly convenient to this condo, but if it is important to you, you can make it work. The lodging company's service was excellent before, during and after our stay - they responded within minutes, late in the afternoon during business hours, to a request to relight the pilot light in the gas fireplace. Even with the condo on the second floor of the complex, this is the best overall lodging/condo experience we have had in Winter Park in the eighteen years we have been skiing at Winter Park.
