Enjoy all the private amenities like a deck off of the living room, and a patio off the lower bedroom with a private hot tub, both with stunning lake and mountain views. The home offers 2 living areas, both complete with state-of-the-art home theater systems. Don’t forget about the garage, washer/dryer, and gas fireplace.
Sleeping Arrangements: A king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen in the 3rd bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa bed in the living area. Sleeps 8.
Location: Located in downtown Winter Park, about 3 miles from Winter Park Resort base and slopes.

We appreciated your follow up with emails regarding the location and what to expect. We also loved Telemark 698. We are a family of four and stayed with another family of four. You might think three bedrooms wouldn't be enough. But there was plenty of room, including a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and trundle, and a loft that was perfect for the two teens. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic supplies -- great for eating in after a long day on the slopes. And, of course, the hot tub was a hit with all.		Overall Satisfacation
Wonderful End Unit 3 BR Condo in Winter Park LH from Lawrenceville, GA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2012 This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for 2 couples with children. The multi-level layout provides plenty of privacy with two of the bedrooms having private baths, while the large kitchen-dining area-livingroom is open and bright for gathering together for family fun. Being an end unit provides plenty of window area for views of the scenery of the mountains and the small pond behind the condo. All the rooms were very clean and the bedding and furnishings were well kept in very good condition. The kitchen and appliances were excellent, with the only missing item being that a crockpot would have been good to have for slow-cooking chili, etc. The location was perfect for us since we visited several locations, we skied at Winter Park and Sol Vista, went snowmobiling at Grand Lake, and tubing in Frasier. The Winter Park resort was only minutes away. The Winter Park Lodging Company provided excellent instructions regarding our condo and provided area discount information that really helped our vacation go trouble-free. We've been visiting Colorado from Georgia for 20 years and this is one of the best lodging arrangements we've had. I would definitely recommend this unit. The owners have a really nice place. Bachelor Party Brendan from St. Louis, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Had an incredible time at Telemark 698. The location was perfect. Everything you need is right there, if not walking distance, very short drive. The only minor complaint I had was it sleeps 10 more for a family with smaller kids included in the equation. With 10 grown men, it sleeps more like 8 but we made it work just fine sleeping a couple on couches. But for a family trip, this is the place to be...or any kind of trip really as long as you don't mind squeezing two into some of the queen beds.		Overall Satisfacation

Wonderful Family Vacation Plano Tango from Plano, TX, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 All I can say is wow!!! We loved our stay at the condo. We enjoyed the roominess and the amenities, especially the hot tub. The boys really enjoyed the big screen tv upstairs to watch movies and play video games on. The deck overlooking the lake was very relaxing and we even watched a bear from the deck. We enjoyed the summer activities at the base of Winter Park. Winter Park Lodging Company was very easy to work with and the women there are amazing, easy to work with and were very helpful in helping me find discount tickets fpr Winter Park activities. Great Location Donut from Chicago, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 The townhouse was close to the bus route for us to take to the resort and also right next to several of the town bars for us to walk to at night. The amenities were very nice. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub. The large television upstairs was great for catching up on the football games we had DVR'd while out skiing for the day. Comfort in Paradise ljcollins2 from Dallas, TX, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 Wow! The condo was fabulous. We loved the outdoorsy decor and well stocked kitchen. We cooked every night and the only item that we found that needs to be replaced is the can opener. We were able to get 8 people around the dining table one night! Everything truly was pristine. Our boys loved the flat screen TV in the upstairs den and shared many sporting events together. My husband would have liked a TV in the master bedroom. All of the beds were very comfortable with fabulous bedding. Loved having a garage - no scraping the windshield in the AM. The location was great, close to the supermarket, Ski Broker and Hernandos! 5 Star Residence ntblessed from Colorado, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2009 Starting with the ladies at Winter Park Lodging Company, the reservation service was, accommodating, warm, friendly and gracious thanks so much Amy, Val, and Rachel you women are the true definition of customer service. The townhome was gorgeous, supplied with any and everything we needed for our stay from Friday through Monday. I am extremely selective where I stay on all vacations, when I go to hotels that I have not stayed previously, I request to see the room before checking in (and I have been known to cancel reservations for a room to find one more suitable to my finicky taste). This sight unseen reservation was a welcome surprise, my vacation party requested we immediately book another long weekend at Telemark 698 for our next year weekend getaway. The kitchen is stocked with the best cooking utensils (sometimes it is the little things that standout) My prayers are future guest respect and maintain the integrity of this wonderful home the owners have been so generous to share with the public. The two separate living areas were great for our family with teenagers! Nice Condo! Greg from Lenexa, KS, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2009 This condo is a great place to relax with friends and family. Worked out well for 3 days of skiing. TVs and hot tub was awesome. Recommend bringing extra towels and pillows. Also, have a plan to get to the slopes...walk to The Lift tired us out before getting to the slope, then walking from the drop off to the slopes. Only 1 negative: I had no idea that the hot tub guy could come into the home without permission (or why he needed to be inside the home at all when the hot tub was outside???) I don't think they should be allowed to roam freely without the renters knowledge. ...other than that, it was great!!! Property Manager Response: We have spoken with our hot tub maintenance technician to be sure he only goes in when you are there or between stays. It's hard during the winter/icy season to go around the building to service the tub, so I think that's why he has to go thru the unit. We apologize for him being in there during your stay. I spent several hours searching for the right home. After settling on three options, I phoned WPLBO and spoke with Valerie, who answered each question I had truthfully and professionally and helped me match the best home for our requirements. Our rental home was beautifully appointed, immaculate, decorated for Christmas by the owners and exactly what we needed for four adults and two children. There is nothing we needed that was not provided. Having our own attached garage was a huge plus. This home is located close to the ski area,restaurants, movie theater and shops. The view from the decks are breathtaking. It snowed nearly every day we were there and the snow resting on the branches of the pine trees behind us and the twinkling lights of homes in the distance were magical. A bonus is the fact that this particular townhome is an end unit and, therefore, offers more light and additional side views. We cannot say enough good things about the women (Sara, Rachel, Valerie and Amy) at Winter Park Lodging by Owner, from whom we rented this property. My husband and I travel frequently and I would say that these women are the friendliest, most efficient and helpful professionals in the travel/rental industry that I have ever dealt with. They responded within 24 hours to every e-mail or question I had. They provided up-to-date information on activities, ski rental locations, lift tickets, etc. We were able to receive special discounts simply by mentioning WPLBO. They are amazing. Fantastic Summer Vacation Knock5 from Iowa, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2008 We had a great one week stay in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and more. The view is breathtaking and our stay was wonderful. From the roomy family room and kitchen to the master bedroom there was no negatives to this condo.
