The unit was situated in a great location with enclosed parking directly across the hallway from the room. Convient ski lockers on the way to and from the slopes. Charlotte at Winter Park Mgt was very good to work with, answered any and all questions I had promptly. If available we will definitely rent this unit again next year. Our only real complaints were that the screen door fell off, the top of the microwave fell off and there were insufficient supplies with which to cook. Otherwise, an excellent experience. Supper Condo A guest from Wahiawa, HI recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in January, 2012 The location was convenient. Size of condo was just right for two-three people. If I had to identify negitive points it would be that one of the entrance keys did not work all the time and that the bulbs over the master bathroom sink need replacing. Could use a couple of new bulbs elsewhere as well. We could have used larger soup bowels. We eat in shifts using one of the small mixing bowels for our soup. This is trivial but a TV schedule of daily programs would be nice. The stations provided in the guest book could use some updating. Look forward to staying here again. Had to walk through the parking garage to get to the hot tub A guest from Fort Collins, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Lots of broken things, disrepair. It looked good but then as we started to use things, realized they were broken. Fridge didn't work, our milk soured, food spoiled, showers in both bathrooms didn't work right. One of the keys didn't really work, one leg of the dining room table was broken. It was clean though! I didn't care for the location - we had to walk through the parking garage to get to either hot tub.
