Description: This fabulous lodge is located just 2 minutes from the chairlifts! Enjoy a huge outdoor hot tub, flat screen TV’s, and free wireless internet. This spacious cozy lodge is perfect for families! Enjoy meals in the updated kitchen with high end appliances or walk over to the WP Village and try one of many delicious restaurants.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen and a set of twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus a queen size pullout bed in the living room. This lodge can sleep up to 8 people.
Distance to Resort: Located right in the Winter Park Village, only a two minute walk to the Zephyr chairlift.

Great Condo Tom Jung from Atlanta, GA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 Four friends and I traveled to Winter Park as part of national snowboarding club. The group was staying at Founder's Pointe and Fraser Crossing. We found this unit via Vrbo at a much cheaper price than our group had negotiated! Unit is great. Clean, close to the elevator (but not noisy). Also, it's the closest unit to the door out to the common hot tub area! (Again, not noisy.) Management Company is top notch. They went out of their way with instructions and friendliness. Would definitely stay again. The 2nd bedroom is a bit tight on space what with bunk beds in the room in addition to a queen size bed. That is the only draw back with all adults, but if you have 4 kids, it would be perfect! Thanks for a great five days!		Overall Satisfacation
Could not have asked for more! Elizabeth from Wayzata, MN, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 The Founder's Point 4340 was the perfect condo for our family (2 adults 2 kids), and could have comfortably fit more! It is a light, roomy space with every amenity you would need on a mountain vacation. The 24 hr. phone/concierge service was helpful- especially when I had lost my key, and they sent someone up right away to deliver more key cards. The kitchen was great and laundry facility in the unit was so handy. Being steps away from the lovely outdoor hot tub (size of a small pool!), was great fun for the kids. A quick walk to the chairlift and race runs made our mornings fun and easy! There isn't anything else I could have asked for!		Overall Satisfacation

Founder's Pointe 4340 Cindy from New Braunfels, TX, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 Had a great vacation in Winter Park staying at Founder's Pointe 4340. The condo was just as described - Clean, well stocked, and provided easy access to the slopes. Just a quick walk across the street and around the buildings and you were in the ski lift lines. Winter Park Lodging Company was great to work with. They delivered our lift tickets the evening we arrived and even brought us a apple pie! I recommend both Founder's Pointe 4340 and Winter Park Lodging Company for your ski vacation needs!		Overall Satisfacation

I was able to be more relaxed with my kids and not worry about them getting dirty or staining their clothes. The rooms and accommodations were better than hoped. Great time on the mountain-- wonderful accomodations!! Winter Park Lodging Guest from Texas, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Our Founder''s Point unit is located directyl across from the laundry/ice/ door to the outdoor hot tub area. We thought it might be too noisy, but it wasn't at all. The rooms are well insulated and the berooms are off to the sides so we were fine. Our unit is beautifully decorated. The washer/dryer were great. Huge bathrooms, lots of Tv's for the kids. Easy access to the hot tub. A great view of the mountain too. The only downside, was that the balcony dripped from above, so even though it was warmer weather, we couldn't sit out there because of t he water dripping. I would suggest putting up something to stop that for next ski season. It seems like Founder's Point facilities was aware of the issue, as the dripping was going down to the main level entrance. Big room close to everything gapper from texas from central texas, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 great room over looks the pond / ice skating and main village. couple steps to the elevators and the hot tub. Private balcony. other rooms on this level have direct access to the hot tub. after staying in this room the benefit of a private balcony vs. the direct access to the hot tub area, i will take this room any time. hot tub access is literally ten more paces to get to then a direct access unit. the value is less noise from the hot tub. big room lots of beds. roomy living area. winter park lodging is the only route to go. family fun A Perfect Spot for Family Fun! from Belton, Texas, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 We loved the convenience of this particular condo location. The whole experience was relaxing and perfect for the entire family - ranging in ages from children, teens, young adults, and adults! My husband commented that everyone at Winter Park was as helpful as Disneyworld employees - always wanting to make sure that our stay was perfect! Winter Park Lodging made sure that our accomodations and plans were always more than satisfactory!
