The views you’ll get from your private balcony and from the four outdoor hot tubs are some of the best you’ll find on the snowy slopes. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom, and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Sleeps 6 guests.
Distance to Resort: Ski In/Ski Out location at Winter Park Resort, only 2 miles to downtown Winter Park.

Good unit, convenient location, great service. Peter from Chicago, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 I've been visiting Winter Park for about 20 years now (at least once a year), after living there for 4 years. We got married up at Sunspot. Our family owned a unit for a while at the Iron Horse, back when that was the nicest place to stay, not to mention the only ski-in/out place. In other words, I know the various places to stay in WP about as well as anyone who's reading this and is looking for a place to stay. When the Zephyr was built, it supplanted the Iron Horse as the nicest place (though the IH retains its distinction as the only mountain side place with an outdoor pool), and certainly trumped it in terms of location, as the Zephyr is actually across from a chairlift (whereas the IH entails a short trip down a catwalk). However, it's been around a while now, and because the units are individually owned, each varies in terms of quality. We stayed in a different Zephyr unit during the summer of 2011, and we weren't too impressed. That unit hadn't been updated at all, and the management wasn't too sympathetic to our concerns (it was managed by Winter Park Resort/the Zephyr front desk, not the Winter Park Lodging Compaany). Accordingly, when booking a place to stay in March of 2013, we were a tad apprehensive about staying at the Zephyr (there are newer, more upscale places to stay in the Winter Park area, but all would entail some driving or other inconvenience). Alas, because we have a 4-year old and an 8-month old, we really wanted to be right at the base (by the lift, a coffee shop, some stores, etc.) and have an elevator, so we took a chance again on the Zephyr. Having already used up most of my permitted review characters, suffice it to say that we were quite pleasantly surprised on this go around. Unit 2307 has recently received some tasteful updates, and felt like a brand new, more upscale place. And we were very happy about the Winter Park Lodging Company, from the booking process through the last day of our visit.		Overall Satisfacation
Slope side condo well appointed Ashish from Dallas, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 Our first time in winterpark and stayed here. Great location, balcony overlooks village and ski slopes. True ski in ski out (vs iron horse which is not). Well appointed, flat screen tv and entertainment center with DVD player and movies. Would book again!!		Overall Satisfacation

Great customer service, spotless condo in a perfect location Steven L. Martin from longmont, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 My two teenaged kids and I arrived after a great day of skiing to an absolutley perfect condo. It was one of the cleanest condo's I have ever stayed in. A little gift bag was on the counter as a hello. We recieved a welcome call from Samantha and amy, who were absolutely wonderful and quite helpful, as well as a follow up call after our stay. With the customer service and attention to detail that we recieved on our stay I will be making it a point to either stay again in the same condo or stay in one managed by Winter Park Lodging Company. We were literally steps away from everything we needed - ski rentals, lift tickets, bars/restaurants and of course, Starbucks.
