Description: This new top-floor condo offers direct slope views, and is among the best in the building. Relax on your own private balcony, which overlooks the amenity deck with a huge hot tub, grill, and fireplace. Live in luxury with beautiful vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, a private washer/dryer, and flat screen TV’s. Easily walk to the chairlifts or to the Winter Park Resort Village, and at the day’s end return to your penthouse condo.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, plus a queen pullout bed in the living room. This penthouse condo sleeps 8.
Distance to Resort: Located in the Winter Park Resort Village, you’re just a two minute walk away from the Zephyr chairlift, and 2 miles from downtown Winter Park.

Great Ski In/Out Condo and Wonderful Week in Winter Park David from Texas, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 Great condo with ski in/ out access to the slopes. great service from Wplc and a great condo Tim from Virginia, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 The condo was great, just as advertised. However, the service from Winter Park Lodging Company was off the charts! Great service (lift tickets, ski rentals, etc.) and especially the follow-up before/during/after our stay. I have never experienced such great customer service when renting at the beach or at a ski resort. Would definitely use Wplc again!		Overall Satisfacation
Great Location; Washer/Dryer in Unit! My2Cents from St. Louis, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2012 Winter Park Lodging was fantastic in caring for our family. 3611 Frasier Crossing was convenient to the slopes and-a big plus- it had a washer/dryer in the condo--a great help. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Only wished for a recliner in the main room as we needed more seating to watch tv. It was nice to be able to walk to and from the ski lifts so we didn't have to worry about family members who wanted to quit skiing earlier. Yes, we'd request this condo again.		Overall Satisfacation

Fraser Crossing 3611 From Georgia from Atlanta, GA, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2010 This condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and even a washer and dryer that wasn't published in the description. We took our two children and it was perfect for all four of us. WPLC is fantastic! Great Place!!! Smiles from CT, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 If you have a small group and you're looking for something that is really close (as in across the street from the slopes) than this is the perfect spot! Very clean and homey...even came with dvd's! Would definitely recommend it for any small group and although they say it accommodates up to 8 I would stick to no more than 6 since there are only 2 queen beds and a queen pullout sofa; there were 2 blow up mattresses but I they're small. Total enjoyment Ric Pratte from New Hampshire, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 It sure does help with gobs and gobs of fresh snow combined with days of glorious sunshine. This took all the cares of the world away and let us have a fantastic time. First I must say how refreshing it was to get an amazing level of customer service from WPLC. It was great to get calls just before the trip and once we arrived to make sure everything was smooth. With so much anxiety on getting to vacation they made everything great. The other family traveling with us were quite jealous of the attention (and discounts) since they didn't use WPLC. The unit was fantastic. Clean, great location, fantastic view (one of the best that I could tell). My one thing I'd like to suggest at Fraser Crossing would be attention to recycling. Colorado labels them selves as 'green' yet we had to toss all our recyclables in the trash. :(		Overall Satisfacation
A great place! Lounim from Winter Park, Florida, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 We were originally apprehensive about being "across the street" from the slopes. However, the street is so close to the slopes that we could have stayed at other "slopeside" places and had to walk farther. The team at WP Lodging was great. The unit was good, not great, but that's what we expected. Don't know if we'll go back to WP, but if we did we'd consider staying there again.		Overall Satisfacation

Perfection on the slopes...Frasier Crossing # 3611 double diamond from Georgia, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2001 Definately one of the best ski vacations we ever had. Primarily due to the excellent accommodations. Our unit was perfect. The four of us were comfortable with plenty of space. Beautiful views of the slopes. Loved the kitchen and fireplace. Having two bathrooms was required (teenagers!) And the best was being able to walk right accross the street to get on the slopes....no shuttle bus. Thanks! we will be back		Overall Satisfacation
