Description: This 1,200 square foot condo offers extra sleeping room, cozy mountain décor, and convenient access to everything from ski school and the chairlifts, to all the shops and restaurants offered in the Village. You’ll have it all during your stay, with a full kitchen, private balcony, free wireless internet, and flat screen TV’s. Enjoy all that the 3rd floor amenity deck has to offer, with a huge hot tub, gas grill, fireplace with tons of seating, and great views of the slopes.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the 1st bedroom, a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, plus a pullout queen bed. Sleeps 8.
Distance to Resort: Located in the Winter Park Resort Village, just a two minute walk to the Zephyr chairlift.

Great experience in Winter Park! Vbutterfly3 from Miami, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 This condo was well appointed with almost everything you would have in your own home. Very short walk to the lifts (about 5 minutes). Great view of the village and the mountains. The only complaints: not enough storage for clothing. The master only had 2 narrow drawers in the TV stand and 2 underneath the bunk beds. The closet was fine for things that needed to be hung up. Since we booked for 2 families of 4 persons each, we were shocked to find that bedroom 2 had absolutely no closet and no drawers! We have to share our 4 drawers with another family and it was a 5 day trip! The only other thing was that on 2 separate nights the fire alarm went off in the building so we were evacuated both times in the middle of bathing the Kids and/or dinner. Because the units are privately owned and don't operate like a hotel, although we called to have another drawer brought up it wasn't possible. One last caveat: we made our ski school reservations in advance but upon arriving to check-in for them, the customer service desk couldn't find them. It took over an hour to figure out and we missed our classes. Thankfully the village goes above and beyond to make patrons happy and moved our reservations for the following day. A big plus: custom fittings for boots and helmets in our condo.		Overall Satisfacation

Winter Park's Best Kept Secret! Darlene from Denver, Co, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 I stayed at Fraser Crossing 3506. It was an excellent experience (even with the trains coming through the area consitently). I can't think of one negative aspect of my stay at Fraser Crossing 3506. The complex was quiet, well-kept and nicely furnished. The condo was equipped with so many items that are homey and practical. We also visited the hot tub which was also exquisite. An additional aspect that I enjoyed was the quaint ski village. The stores were great and Starbucks was nearby. I liked being outside of the city of Winter Park as well. Amazing trip! madjammer from Cedar Rapids, IA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Our experience at Frasier's Crossing was amazing. The condo was clean, very well kept and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed to make our week superb! The only downfall was that with two families of kids, it did not work well to use the pullout couch as the kids went to bed before the rest of us and we wanted all adults to have their own bed. We would definitely rent from this company again. Also, we were not aware that each condo was only allowed one car parking space (in a condo that sleeps 7 we needed two parking spots for both of our families).		Overall Satisfacation

Equipped with everything, big hot tub, steps from lifts. Biggest selling point was rental agency offered 50% off lift tickets -- can't beat that -- saved us lots of money!
