Description: Stunning corner unit condo, overlooks the village and the skating pond. Has its own 1200 sq ft private deck with outdoor furniture and barbeque. With flat screen TV’s, and plenty of family games, you’ll have tons of family fun. Located on the mezzanine level, you can walk from your private deck right to the outdoor hot tub and fireplace.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the 1st bedroom, queen bed and a set of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, plus a pullout queen bed. This condo can sleep up to 8.
Distance to Resort: Located in the Winter Park Resort Village, you’re just a two minute walk away from the Zephyr chairlift.

We have discounted lift tickets that will save you at least $30/day per person as well as 22% off ski rentals.

Great Condo! Adventure Seekers from Edmond, OK, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 This was our first visit to Winter Park and we will definitely go back. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and the location was great. We also booked our ski rental and lift tickets through Winter Park Lodging and they came to our condo and did a custom boot fitting, left our skis near the base of the lift & delivered our lift tickets to our room. We did not stand in a single line...it was fantastic! Best skiing experience we have ever had.		Overall Satisfacation
Great Location olive21 from colorado, Stayed for 0 days in October, 2012 Very comfortable two bedroom condo that slept our family of seven comfortably. Patio had a great view of slopes and village. Garage parking a plus in the winter. Hot tub outside was nice and had very strong jets. Only one downer... dishwasher was broken... doing dishes by hand was a bit of work on vacation. Fantastic Ed from Whitesboro, NY, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 We had a great time. Winter Park Lodging was terrific. We had a problem with the fridge and when a replacement could not be delivered for a couple of days they got a small fidge to tide us over and gave us a gift certificate which covered our dinner at a downtown resturant. The condo could not have been nicer and was very close to the slopes. We did encounter parking problems one day and had to park in the garage on the other side of the condo complex. The rest of the time we parked right under our condo. Hats off to Winter Park Lodging-we even got a call two days before we were to travel just to make sure everything was in order and answer any questions we had. Nice place to stay in Winter Park Eric from Houston, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2011 This condo was nicely located on the main floor, so you could easily access the Jacuzzi. The service that we received from WPLC was outstanding. YOU ARE THE BEST. Great Condo! Ski Mom from Detroit, MI, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 We were happy to find this condo exactly as described. It's in the corner overlooking the pond & village and we really liked walking out onto the HUGE deck and seeing everything going on. It was roomy enough for all of us and everything was clean and well kept up. Super convenient to the slopes and hot tub, loved the underground parking. Crossing Doug from Omaha ,ne, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2009 No toilet tissue paper,Light bulbs out in bathroom. Only one t.v that worked. Should be another t.v in second bedroom.We skied the day we check out and the key would not let us in to retrieve our prepacked car. Need more blankets and pillows. This is all fixable and will stay again. Just want to help you! We had three children 8,8,&10 ( T.V thing) Property Manager Response: Doug, Thank you for the review. We're glad to hear you will stay again and you're right - it's all fixable and has been since fixed other than adding a 2nd TV and additional pillows. We will recommend those two items to the owners. The keys to the property expire at 10am when you check out, so that's why they didn't work later in the day.
