1 br Winter Park Condo - Skiing nearby

Stay away from it all but only 1/3 of a mile from the base area and main lifts at Winter Park Resort. This condo has been completely remodeled and offers luxury without the ski in/out prices. Common area hot tub looks over the Fraser River, and you can jump on the free shuttle to go to the slopes or to downtown Winter Park. Sweet!

Good Stay! Amy Wilson from Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 Our stay was good...location was great and liked the shuttle service right outside the front entrance. The only negatives were TV and Laundry. There was no TV in the bedroom. That didn't work especially with two teenagers! And, the washer and dryer were extremely outdated. It took me several trips down to the laundry and driving to the store late at night just to get more quarters because the dryer was not efficient or working properly. Very frustrating and not what I expected on my vacation! Otherwise nicely update and cozy property.		Overall Satisfacation
Bang for the buck Greg from Orlando, FL, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 Upon our arrival, I was taken back by the asthetics of the room and area around the condo. If you plan to bring a significant other or family, this is a great place to go. Considering the low price tag, I was expecting to have a low quality room. I was pleasantly surprised. The base was less than a 1/3 mile walk. The base had several restaurants and coffee places (sbux!) that were fairly priced. As well, there was a bus system that took you to the base as well as downtown. The moutain had 29 open runs (including mary jane!) with various types of terrain. There was a sauna and hot tub on the first floor which was a great additiona. My only complaint for ths particular room would have to be the couch bed. It was very uncomfotable as it looked farily old. The couch however, was much more comfortable. If you have kids sleeping on the couch, it wouldn't be a problem, though I wouldn't have your parents/grandparents sleep on it. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the value was unbeatable. I can guarantee I will be coming back to these units next year.		Overall Satisfacation
Not impressed LM from Ohio, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 This condo is very nice, but would suggest putting a TV in the bedroom (For the price this conveyance should have already existed). This condo does not allow pets but the unit directly above must have allowed pets because we were able to hear something running back and forth till late at night (very annoying). Overall the location is great and the condo was updated nicely. Property Manager Response: Thank you for taking time to write a review. We will ask the owners what they think about adding a TV in the bedroom. I'm sorry you could hear a pet running upstairs - not much we can do about that one, but we haven't heard the complaint before so I think it was a guest and not an owner who has a pet, so should not happen in the future.
