This is a one bedroom unit with awesome views overlooking the basearea. Unit JUST underwent a nice face lift prior to opening of the Ski Season 2012 / 2013Only steps away from the elevator with easy access to the reception, ski-locker, fitness center, hot tub and last but not least - to the Zephyr Ski Lift!!!Enjoy awesome slopeside views from the living room and bedroom. It is steps away from the elevator for real easy access to the slopes. Zypher Mountain Lodge is about as close as you can sleep to the chairlifts without camping outside!! ZML has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite skishops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating ring. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and Dryers are located on every floor.

It was wonderful even though the temps were unusually warm and no new snow. The condo was just as described. Our condo was comfortable and made a great home base, and we loved that we could walk to the restaurants and shops in The Village at Winter Park. Most notable was the fact that our original unit's fridge was not working. When it was unable to be repaired on time, Nick promptly switched us to another unit. He was always extremely friendly and responsive, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. We will definitely look at Winter Mark Management again if we decide to vacation in Colorado. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2011 Our stay was very satisfying on the whole, there were just things here and there that were below par. Loved the location of the unit. The view was awesome. I was glad for the larger size in trade off for no balcony. Nick and Charlotte were great about responding to questions and concerns. They even were willing to work with us when we thought we would need an additional night due to transportation issues and accommodated us with an early check in. We had an issue with a window coming off the track and I was concerned that it was going to fall out, but Nick was over within 10 min. to fix it. The Zephyr maintenance staff was supposed to come over the next day to put safety brackets on the windows, but never did, which is not the fault of management. There were great amenities in the unit and the property. The unit was a typical rental with typical wear and tear. The furniture was very comfortable and in good condition. The negatives mainly dealt with cleanliness. The living room chair was a poor choice in fabric that really showed stains and attracted lint, and could use a deep cleaning, but I had no problem using the chair. I had also found what appeared to be an insulin syringe on the floor partially underneath the nightstand. When I had pulled off the sheets on our last day, I found tissues at the foot of the bed which I was certain were not mine, possibly stuck there from the laundry?? We did run out of toilet paper and bought our own, but we did not inform management so they were unaware. Again, overall loved the unit and would probably try stay there again, I would just like to see the cleaning staff take a little more care in making sure the unit is thoroughly clean and stocked.
