1 br Winter Park Ski-in/Ski-out Condo

Description: Stay here, and be spoiled by the luxury of skiing from your private back porch straight to the chairlift. Your patio turns into an extension of the slopes when you easily coast right up to your back door at the end of the day. Enjoy many more amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, recently updated living area, fireplace, and flat screen TV. Don't forget to take a dip in one of the outdoor Jacuzzis right out your door.
Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed in the bedroom and a new pullout queen bed in the living area. Sleeps 4.
Distance to the Resort: Ski-In/Ski-Out! Only 2 miles to downtown Winter Park.

Great location, very good, easy service JR from Missouri, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We stayed for 3 nights in late Jan. and this condo is exactly as described. The check in process was very easy and everything in the condo was working and in good clean condition. You can ski out very easy, skiing in is harder because it is off a long slow green run. We found it easier to ski to bottom of lift and walk up to back door of condo.That would be true for any unit in Zephyr. We did have lunch at condo everyday which was great. One morning we overcooked some breakfast sausage and set off smoke alarm. It turned off as soon as we opened patio door but a few minutes later a maintenance man can by to see if we were ok. I thought that was great service. We had a good stay and would definitely go back to this same unit again.		Overall Satisfacation
Best condo on the mountain but shhh don't tell anyone! Philly skier from Philadelphia, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 For a few people, this is by far the best kept secret in winter park. Great spot to be Mountain Climber from Aurora, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2011 This complex is nearest to the Zephyr lift creating a true ski in/out experience during ski season. Would love to have this unit during a ski stay, though I can see the potential for it to be a bit noisy as it is next to the hot tubs and right at ground level. You can literally ski in/out of this unit. The unit does need some upgrading though, floor coverings and range in particular.		Overall Satisfacation

Perfect Ski Getaway Hill from Rockford, MI, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2011 The Zephyr 1215 was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It is located close the the Zephyr chair lift - we could ski to the lift and come down the hill and be right at our door. We could ski for the morning hours, come in for a quick lunch and head right back out to the slopes. The check-in/check out procedure was easy. All the staff at the Winter Park complex that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only draw back was having to pay $56 to park for the 4 day stay. Staff at the lodging company and the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Very clean, plenty of bathroom supplies and towels for the week. Thanks for the coffee - nice touch! Ski locker was very useful, as was heated underground parking. Will definitely stay with this company again - can I get the same rooms? Made for a very happy vacation for the whole family. Nothing can beat the location of this unit - the only unit in whole complex that has a balcony right into the snow and seconds away from the lifts! Satyed in WP for ski vacation Spring Breakers from Chicago, IL, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Zephyr is a great location everything you need is right in walking distance. Room was adequate...somewhat aging, but can't beat the location. Village is nice, but expensive. Town is only couple miles away if you have a car. Skiing was great, snowmobiling was even better. Excellent place to ski with teenage ski racer Ski Racer's Mom from Steamboat Springs, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 My son thought I was the bomb when he figured out we were really truly ski in ski out and this worked out great for us since he is a ski racer and he was able to drop in and out during the training runs and race runs with one of his buddies. That was good for me too since it was a pretty cold weekend. I liked all the conveniences of having a small kitchen, nice place and again the ski in ski out. We checked in at the front desk and since there was a wait, we started unloading our stuff which was not smart b/c we had to load it all back once we learned we were in a different building - that part was unclear. The front desk was busy and harried but they were friendly. The condo was very cozy and the only thing i would recommend is an extra throw blanket to get even cozier with. the only true ski in/out at zephr lodge. jake from lancaster ohio, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 awesome over all.this is truly the only ski in/out condo at the zephr.plenty of room,very nice and comfortable.1215 was really more than i expected with lift access and proximity too hot-tubs.the only glitch was a slow drain in shower and having to pay for parking,which should be included for the amount unit cost per night.coffee was a nice touch also.wplbo was also outstanding to deal with as usual,keep up the good work girls and i will see you next year.thanks again jim		Overall Satisfacation

Great place --great Value Tx Traveler from Dallas Tx, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 We spent 5 days in unit 1215 at Zephry over Christmas, this is an outstanding unit, plenty of space for a family of 4 ( we took a 22 & 17 yr old) this is a "true" ski in- ski out unit we walked out our back door every day and skied to the lifts. Winter Park at Christmas was outstanding, short lift lines and very little crowd, the village restaurants were a little pricey so I would suggest a car and looking in Winter Park itself if you want to eat out. Winter Park Lodging was a dream to work with, they stayed in contact with me after booking the unit, and they sent me information on lift ticket discount and other activity ideas while we were there. I highly recommend using them-Thank you WPL for making this such a great trip		Overall Satisfacation
