Comfortable & convenient fsevgen106 from Kennett Square, PA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 Our family of 2 adults & 1 child loved this 1 bedroom condo at Fraser Crossing. It was the perfect size, clean & felt very new. Although not as easy as a ski in ski out, it was a convenient walk to the lifts & ski school. Winter Park Lodging Company staff were very helpful, they even supplied us with some extra things we requested for the condo! We managed the week without a car - the main Zephyr lodge has an easy shuttle to town, they even helped carry the groceries to our room. There are also some small shops at the base. The only slight negative was the condo was too hot. We had a window open most of the time. It wasn't an issue as long as it wasn't too noisy outside in the common area. I read in some other reviews that the walls are thin but we didn't notice it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Winter Park. Thanks guys for all your help! First time at Fraser Crossing Susan from St. Louis, MO, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 This is the first condo that I have rented at Fraser Crossing although I have been to WP many times and rented from WP Lodging Company for years. I found it to be comfortable, clean, and surprisingly convenient to the slopes. The hot tub was amazing! I also appreciated the recycling bins at the complex. If you drive, I suggest spending a little extra to park in the underground garage. It is so much better than coping with a snow covered, freezing cold vehicle everytime you unpack, pack, and/or want to go somewhere. My only suggestion, as trivial as it may sound, is that the condo have a non-stick skillet that is in good condition. The one in this unit should be replaced. Cozy clean and convenient Judith from Minneapolis MN, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 Three of us spent five nights and had four wonderful days of snowboarding between the winter holidays while staying in a condo at Fraser Crossing in Winter Park. Our lift tickets were delivered as promised, early the first morning, the amenities of the condo were everything we needed, and the location of this condo could not have been more convenient. Nice to have hooks for coats and a bench for shoes, etc. A large bathroom. The location was fabulous, with an awesome view of Winter Park. Walking distance for skiing and eating, but more private than being ski in, ski out. Will return to this location. The only negative was the unit was too hot. Oct20-2012 stay at Fraser Crossing 3409 JC from Littleton, CO, Stayed for 0 days in October, 2012 My wife and I decided we wanted a brief weekend getaway to the mountains. The unit was exactly what we were looking for in space, layout, and look. It was very quiet in the lodge area that weekend with nothing being open at the Winterpark base area. But we did find plenty to do in town at Winterpark and Frazer. Recommendations for the unit would be to have instructions on how to adjust the heat control (especially on warmer days), and to include coffee filters as part of the paper products stock. A great weekend away from home Emily from Denver, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2011 We came up just for a fun weekend in the mountains from Denver. We planned hiking,m biking and lots of outdoor fun. A day before the trip my better half sprained his ankle really bad to where he can't walk on it for 2 weeks. The lodging company worked with us in our decision on whether or not we still wanted to come. They were open to re scheduling, but we decided to still come up! We enjoyed the room was very nice. we slept really well! We enjoyed the hot tub each night. And thank god for elevators everything was accessable for my boyfriend. We brought breakfast to cook in the full kitchen. We had everything we needed, except for things we forgot! The lodging company was in contact with us at the beginning of the trip and the end to make sure checking in and checking out went smooth. We really enjoyed our stay! Although no hiking or biking we went to the beer fest in town that the shuttle easily took us too, dinner, we did the alpine slides, lunch at sunspot! Fabulous location, nice interior, and ample storage space Bicycling Diva from Denver, CO, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2011 We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and would definitely reserve again. It has a full kitchen (most others in complex are half kitchens), comfy bed, TVs in living room and bedroom, and lots of closet/cupboard/dresser space for overpackers like us! The unit is settled back in the courtyard, so less noisy, but still a good view of the mountain. No a/C, so can get stuffy in the summertime (there are 2 ceiling fans, along with screened bedroom window). The only things missing were books, Dvds, and board games for inside downtime. Great stay, but had some planning issues. Joe from Broomfield, Colorado, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2011 We enjoyed the stay and location. The customer service was great by checking with us before and after the trip. The only issue we had was that I had requested the $65 lift tickets offered in the literature for the stay. I was told to get the Bogo lift tickets offered from Shell stations which I did. Unfortunately, those tix are only good for weekdays and our stay was on the weekend. I would have preferred to budget in the $65 lift tickets rather than the four of us paying $97 a piece/day. So we ended up paying $256 more than we needed to. Perfect Ski location for our family! VWang from Oak Park, IL, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Our condo in Fraser Crossing was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the large hot tub and the easy walk to the ski area. Even though there is a short walk, it's a shorter walk than the walk from the shuttle stop to the lift. The kitchen is very clean and we enjoyed several meals there. Winter Park Lodging Company was fabulous and provided excellent service. They even called to check up on our arrival progress since the I70 Bertaud Pass was closed the day we were to arrive. Great vacation! We would stay here again -- no question!		Overall Satisfacation
Great Location! Great Time Rick from Chicago, IL, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 My wife and I stayed here with our 7 & 11 year old kids. They slept on the hid-a-bed while we enjoyed the king. The size of the place was great. They also had an inflatable twin but we didnt' use it. Ski lockers in the basement. Indoor parking, nice hot-tub and super convenient to the lifts! The wagons that WP provides were a great plus. Only suprise was that Starbucks doesn't open until 7:30am. The food at the local restaurants was average with the expection of the crepe place and had really good food in WP at Deno's!		Overall Satisfacation
Great accomodations - Great Vacation Spot Happy GR Ski Family from Grand Rapids - Michigan, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Our family of four (w/two teens) easily had enough room in this unit. It is well furnished and you can't beat the short walk to the lifts. The separate ski locker area was exceptional. The only complaint we had was that the room was too warm, even after turning the heat down to 55 - we just opened the window and door to cool it off. Wish we could have stayed two weeks. Wonderfull skiing holiday Dorothy from Scotland, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 We had a great time in Fraser Crossing.we were pleased with the condo especialy with it being near the slopes. We had a month in Winter Park, normally staying at Beaver Village, however this was much more convenient, this was our eighth year.Whenever we had a problem, it was attended to the same day. also made good use of the shuttle bus,only small thing wrong,there was no guest book.
