Chokeberry 3823 is a wonderful 2 bedroom+loft, 2 bathroom condo, great for a family, couples or group of friends. This condo will sleep a party of 6 comfortably. If additional bedding is needed, a roll-away bed can be requested for a small fee. It is nicely decorated and features rustic hardwood floors throughout the common areas. Chokeberry 3823 is on the second floor of the building and provides 1,014 square feet. This condo is located near the back of the Aspens community in a quiet area known as the Berrypatch.
The main level has an inviting and open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the means to make a great meal. The open dining room has a table with seating for 6 guests. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace (firewood is provided during the winter months), and a flat screen TV. The deck can be accessed off living/dining room area and houses a gas grill and patio chairs. This is a great place to watch the natural wildlife in the area and take in the breathtaking valley and mountain views.
Also on the main level, you will find the first guest room which offers a queen bed, window for great lighting and nice views, as well as ample closet space. The main level guest bath will be just down the hall providing a vanity, shower/tub combo, and full size washer and dryer.
The upper level offers the second guest room with vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, ample closet space, and large windows for great lighting and nice views. Also on the upper level you will find the loft area which provides a twin daybed with a twin pullout trundle bed. The upper guest room and loft share the second bathroom providing a vanity and shower/tub combo.
