There are very few properties in Whistler that are located right in the heart of Whistler Village, have a private hot tub on the deck, have access to a fabulous pool area and are situated in a quiet enough spot to ensure a good night’s sleep. Stoney Creek Sunpath #26 is definitely in a league of its own. Guests will undoubtedly enjoy the close proximity to everything in Whistler including the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, the Whistler Olympic Plaza all of the fine shops, restaurants and nightlife options. This unit was completed renovated in late 2012 and features a brand new hot tub, BBQ, new furniture, kitchen appliances, beds and bedding as well as a host of other upgrades throughout. Private entry is on the ground level and has a small mudroom area with room to store ski gear, boots and ski and snowboard equipment. The spacious main level contains a living room with a gas fireplace, flatscreen television, DVD player and a balcony with patio furniture and the BBQ. This level also contains the washer/dryer, dining area and the large newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. The third floor of Stoney Creek Sunpath #26 has all three bedrooms including an oversized master bedroom with King Bed, ensuite bathroom, flatscreen T.V. and a balcony with unobstructed views of Blackcomb Mountain from the private six person hot tub. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and its own private balcony that also has great views of Blackcomb Mountain. The third bedroom features a Tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) so including the sofabed in the living area, this property can sleep up to nine people comfortably. Confirmed reservations in winter are subject to a non-refundable two night deposit and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations in summer are subject to a non-refundable one night deposit and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Confirmed winter reservations cancelled outside of 60 days are subject to a 2 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Confirmed reservations cancelled outside of 14 days are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Check In / Out:
Please have all guests check in at, Whistler Superior Properties, 4355 Northlands Blvd in Whistler Village North. Please ensure guests are given our contact phone number, , in case they have any difficulties locating our office. Check in time is guaranteed for 4pm and check out time is 10am. If possible, please provide us with your guest’s estimated time of arrival.
All homes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival.
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for a minimal cost.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved by Whistler Superior Properties. Whistler Superior Properties retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretences. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 - $1000 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.
