You get what you pay for Chris M. from Cambridge, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 This was my 4th time renting a condo at Whistler Blackcomb. I've stayed in a variety of places in both Blackcomb and Whistler village. This year we wanted to save some money on our accommodations so that we had more to spend on the fun stuff. That is why we picked Wildwood. This unit was less expensive than the other 3BR options we considered. The unit was very simple and a bit run down. I was bummed when we first arrived, but everything was in working order, it was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The walk to Blackcomb base is not bad (6-8 minutes) -- a bit farther to get all the way to Whistler (15-20 minutes?). Of course the shuttle is available too, but we walked more often than waiting for the bus. In the end, it worked well for our group. We wanted to save a few dollars and that is exactly what we did. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again if I was on a tight budget. Sad to say goodbye James B. from Singapore, Indonesia does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in January, 2011 I have stayed at Wildwood Lodge numerous times from 1999 onwards. I have always found the facilities verry good, the location great, and the staff very helpful. The last stay was disappointing. While lots of newer accommodation has come on line, Wildwood has not updated itself. The apartments were covered in dust, we had a rat (saw it twice) in residence, and the general conveniences were tired and needed updating.And when we reported the rat to the front desk, we were told that the property was managed by someone else and that they couldn't do anything about it.Sadly, the next time we look to come to Whistler (circa 2013) we will probably look elsewhere.When we next come		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition

Stayed for 2 days in July, 2008 The unit we stayed in, is in need of a cosmetic face lift - for example the shower door has a broken handle and the walls are dirty and banged up. We were disappointed that the hot tub in the pool area was unavailable to use. We felt for $285 a night that the unit would be in better shape. Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Rates are lower for longer stays. Hot tub has been totally overhauled and other issues have been addressed. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2008 Good location, hot weather when we arrived, NO FANS in unit,(bought 3) NO ironing board (borrowed one) and hot tub by pool was broken (my husband was not happy) Kitchen was great, laundry area very good.
