Great Location but noisy + hot

Stayed in 313 - 5 adults 2 kids. Layout worked well for a bigger group needing 3 rooms. Great central location BUT do check the Events Guide in Whistler - Wanderlust was on so it was great seeing 200 downward dogs at 8.30am, but not having concerts on until 10pm (Whistler curfew). Also incredibly hot inside even when only 25C outside due to no a/c and only 3 opening windows. Good value.

Great location, could use a third bathroom

We visited with 7 adults and 2 kids - the condo was just slightly too small for that many people (the management was up front about this when I inquired) but overall clean, if somewhat dated, condo and you cannot beat being right in the village near the ice skating rink and playground. Good for families!

We encountered many problems with the upkeep of this unit.The can opener did not work.The light was out in the livingroom. The light was out in the guest bathroom.The pointed part of a screw was sticking out of the cushion of the diningroom chair.The beds and pillows were flat. the wheels on the suitcase dolley did not roll easily. The location and staff was good. The unit needed more attention to detail on repairs.

The place was fine, there was no airconditioning but we had fans. Couldn't open the windows at night due to the rowdy kids outside, but when we asked the mgmt for another fan, they brought one up, no problem. Next time I would stay walking distance to village, not right above the village. The condo was clean, check in was confusing, but overall it fine and suited our purposes. If we had issues, management dealt with them.

Fairly large, given it's in the village itself, with plenty of room for 6, but still managing 8 decently.All the necessary items such as pans, towels, etc. were there for us.It is a bit far from the ski lifts and gondola, so walking with ski/snowboard gear is a bit of a pain, but not unbearable.On the other hand it's right next to the marketplace and the skate area.One small annoyance was the electrical wiring. The upper bedroom lights were linked to the living room light. So, turning off the light in the living room (required since we had someone sleeping on the sofa bed) caused the bedroom to not have any electricity at all...Regardless of that, I still recommend the Tyndall Stone 313.

We have a good overall stay at Tyndall Stone 313. The Unit is clean & comfort. Also, the vacation rental location is not too far away from the Unit and the management staff is very helpful. I will recommend this property to my friend.

Everything about our apartment was pretty great with two exceptions. 1 - there was an underlying smell of chinese takeout that could not be kicked2 - The only way to control the light in the upstairs bedroom was from a switch in the downstairs living room, which also controlled the light in the living room. So both lights had to be on/off at the same time. Not ideal if the folks upstairs want to go to bed early. Past that, the place was great. Super close to everything. Clean. Comfortable. Definitely worked for all of us.

First, we lived in fear of the circular stairs as we had young children staying in the loft area. Families with young children should be warned prior to renting. Also, the place didn't have a cork screw -- a very necessary item for parents with young children!

Excellent Stay, slight checkout trouble

We had an excellent 4 day stay in Whistler Village at Tyndall stone. The only small complaint would be: We requested a later checkout on our final day so we could finish a full 1/2 day of skiing prior to packing our bags. We were graciously granted the extra few hours but upon return to the room, the code had been changed leaving all of us locked out. Luckily we had Peak To Green's phone number available and after a few minutes we were given a temp 1-time code that allowed us access to our room. Other than that, all amenities were functional and clean. I would strongly consider Tyndall Stone upon a return visit to Whistler.
