The Woods #16 is a recently updated, ground floor condominium which blends a clean and modern décor with a traditional ski cabin feel.
Upon entry there is a tiled mudroom complete with wooden bench, ski rack and plenty of additional space for hanging wet gear and storing sports equipment. Both bedrooms are located off the main hallway and each contains a mounted flatscreen television and very comfortable Queen sized bed. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub while the second bathroom off the hallway has a double shower. Both bathrooms also have radiant heated tile flooring. In addition to the Queen beds in the bedrooms, this upscale condo also has a pullout sofabed in the living area and can sleep up to a maximum of six people. Other notable amenities in this wonderful Woods property include a spacious deck with patio furniture, a wood burning fireplace, a washer/dryer, leather sofas, flatscreen television and DVD in the living room and a very well equipped full kitchen.
The Woods complex is very popular among our guests because of its quiet, yet convenient location. It is situated directly on the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course with easy access to Whistler’s Valley Trail system and the complimentary Village Shuttle. The walk to the base of Blackcomb Mountain is approximately 15 minutes while the walk into Whistler Village is about 20 minutes. The Woods is also very close to Lost Lake Park which has a popular swimming beach and hiking and biking trails in the summer and is home to Whistler’s Nordic Trails in the winter months.

Confirmed reservations in winter are subject to a non-refundable two night deposit and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations in summer are subject to a non-refundable one night deposit and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Confirmed winter reservations cancelled outside of 60 days are subject to a 2 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Confirmed reservations cancelled outside of 14 days are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.

Please have all guests check in at, Whistler Superior Properties, 4355 Northlands Blvd in Whistler Village North. Please ensure guests are given our contact phone number, , in case they have any difficulties locating our office. Check in time is guaranteed for 4pm and check out time is 10am. If possible, please provide us with your guest’s estimated time of arrival.
All homes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival.
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for a minimal cost.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved by Whistler Superior Properties. Whistler Superior Properties retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretences. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 - $1000 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.
