The master bedroom offers a King bed , the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with Queen over Queen. The second bedroom did not have very good lighting. We needed to use our head lamps for adequate lighting. We did have hot tub towels available to guests for a couple of years, however, the laundry was done by Peak to Green Accommodations who manage the front desk. We found that cost to be around $10000 per year and could not afford to continue. As well, we only manage about 65% of the properties in the building, and the other 35% were getting towels provided for their guests FREE. That made no economic sense to us and the practice has to be terminated. Also, if you did not find the unit to rate a 4 or 5 on the Cleanliness category when you arrived, we would have appreciated hearing about it immediately. That is the only way that we can correct deficiencies in our housekeeping. We are always trying to improve in all categories. Thanks. Great location, close to the slopes and village Jacob M. from Milford, NH recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2012 The only drawback we had to our stay at the wildwood lodge was that we arrived after hours and were given the wrong code to get into the lodge's garage. Luckily there was a phone in the lobby that we could use to contact somebody to let us in. Apart from this simple mixup, our stay at Wildwood was great. Hot tub was a perfect way to end our day each night and it was within walking distance of the village, which was a big bonus for après activities. Who knows where the mixup on the acces code came from, but the main point is that we do have a back up in cases like this. Isn't it great that the guest could simply go to the entry area and make a call in warm conditions and gain access?? Glad to hear that you will be back to the Wildwood and I sincerely trust that we won't issue an incorrect code the next time. Very nicely appointed unit - nicer than others in which we've stayed. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hottub on a sunny afternoon then we cooked up a great pasta dinner in the suite and save a ton not eating at a restaurant. Highly recommend. We used the pool, hot tub, bike lock-up room, underground parking area and of course the unit.Everything worked out well with our stay and we were extremely happy having the kitchen. We were able to shop locally and to be there on the week-end of the farmers market and were treated to fresh fruit and vegetables. Only a few mugs that hold very small amounts of hot beverage. Dull knives. No added extra items - a slow cooker would be a huge asset - other units have two of these items and this one has none. Minimal pots and pans to cook with. Another item for consideration - wireless internet in the building - there are some providers for dial-up and wireless at exhorbitatn prices. Many hotels offer wireless itnernet as a free item - even at as much $5 a night this would be a really helpful item.
