Whistler’s Alpine Greens complex offers the perfect location for travelers looking to be outside of the noise and busyness of Whistler Village, yet still walking distance to the many activities and attractions of the Whistler area. Situated across from the Four Season’s Hotel and directly next to the Chateau Golf Course Clubhouse, Alpine Greens sits directly on the Valley Trail system and is within close proximity of Whistler’s Nordic Trails, Lost Lake Park, the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course and Whistler’s Upper Village and the base of Blackcomb Mountain. From Alpine Greens, guests can expect an approximate 15 minute walk to Whistler Village but the complex does sit directly on Whistler’s free shuttle route so traveling from your accommodation to Whistler Village is very easy.
Alpine Greens #27 is a very tastefully decorated and well maintained property with many upgrades such as fresh paint, wooden blinds and high end furniture throughout. Upon entering the property, there is a large mudroom with ski rack and bench with plenty of room to store skis and boards. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large jetted soaker tub, while the second bedroom has two twin beds sleeping a total of up to four people in the property. The second bathroom off the hallway has a double shower and there is also an ensuite washer dryer for guest use in a closet off the hallway. The property’s kitchen features high end Jenn-Air appliances and comes equipped with most of the things you would find in your home. The open plan living and dining room has a wood burning fireplace, T.V. and DVD player and MP3 compatible CD stereo. There is also a ground floor patio accessed off the living area which has patio furniture and a BBQ and is less than 50 meters from the Chateau Golf Course 1st tee box and practice putting green. Alpine Greens #27 is a ground floor unit on one level and is a perfect accommodation choice for a small family.

Confirmed reservations in winter are subject to a non-refundable two night deposit and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations in summer are subject to a non-refundable one night deposit and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Confirmed winter reservations cancelled outside of 60 days are subject to a 2 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Confirmed reservations cancelled outside of 14 days are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
Check In / Out:
Please have all guests check in at, Whistler Superior Properties, 4355 Northlands Blvd in Whistler Village North. Please ensure guests are given our contact phone number, , in case they have any difficulties locating our office. Check in time is guaranteed for 4pm and check out time is 10am. If possible, please provide us with your guest’s estimated time of arrival.
All homes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival.
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for a minimal cost.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved by Whistler Superior Properties. Whistler Superior Properties retains the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretences. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 - $1000 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.
