Our guests appreciate the convenience of staying across from the Whistler Market Place which boasts; liquor and grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants and several shops. All of our homes at Glaciers Reach are a ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Everything that Whistler Village offers is at your door step, along the picturesque, cobble-stoned village stroll.

Some of the recent upgrades to this two bedroom two bathroom townhome include; a 51 inch, 37 inch and 32 inch flat screen TVs, Playstation 3 with preloaded games, NetFlix, mattresses, duvets and leather pull out couch. Other features include a BBQ, DVD, Stereo with I pod dock, gas fire place, heated year round pool, shared sauna, AC, free underground parking and high speed internet with Wi-Fi. This vacation home sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended. The bedding consists of; a queen bed, a new king bed and a queen sofa bed. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 Overall happy but had two main difficulties:1) The code to get into the property we were given was incorrect. This wasted over thirty minutes to resolve and two international calls (on my US cellphone to Canadian numbers). The people I spoke on the phone with were very nice and professional but it was something that I should not have had to deal with since so simple to avoid.2) The power sockets in both bathrooms were not working....and neither hairdryers provided were working as a result either. Fabulous stay at #88 Glaciers Reach. kathleen c. from stouffville, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 16 days in March, 2013 My daughter and I spent 16 days at #88 Glaciers Reach while she recuperated from knee surgery. Needless to say we spent a lot of time indoors. This condo was everything we needed. It was very well appointed including wifi and netflix and 3 flat screen tv's. The kitchen was well equipped and having the BBQ was fabulous. When we ran out of propane Eliane delivered a new tank promptly. Laundry was a bonus and detergent was even supplied. Beds were very comfortable, nice duvets and the sheets actually stayed fitted around the mattress! Having a private hot tub was very nice. The location was fabulous as it is across the street from the Marketplace which has every store you could possible need and it is the beginning of the "Village Stroll". If you are skiing there is a bus stop right there which will take you to the lifts no charge. One of the things I really liked was not having to check in through a front desk. Although I never spoke with Trevor Chelswick he was very prompt at answering my emails and any questions I had. The directions and information provided for entering the condo was very easy to follow. I would definitely stay there again as it was very spacious and a great location. Very reasonably priced and parking was included. Thanks for a great stay. Excellent Summer Location A guest from Woodinville, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2011 Glacier's Reach is located just outside the marketplace at the north end of the village. Because it was not in the main village, it was very quiet. It was walking distance from the marketplace, where there is both a grocery store and a drug store. Benz Coffee is also nearby. We found several excellent restaurants on Main Street which is also very close to the condo. The condo was very clean, had a gas grill, flat screen tv and a dvd player. On the negative side was the layout. The room with the queen bed was very small with the staircase for the upper condo going right over it and the porch light from the adjacent condo shining in through the window. It would probably be noisy if the upstairs condo is occupied. Also, being on the bottom floor, the unit was very dark. It was nicely decorated, conveniently located, and the private hot tub was fantastic. The cleaning staff found our camera outside after we had been in the hot tub and kept it safely with them to return to us in the morning. Very thoughtful. Our only complaint was that the pull out bed from the couch was VERY uncomfortable, and the linens didn't seem clean as we found some long hairs on them that didn't belong to anyone in our party. The extra pillowcases seemed stained as well. Maybe they were clean, but it was hard to tell. They should be replaced. Overall, a very nice stay at a reasonable price. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2010 Kitchen was lacking in necessary items- no measuring spoons, no cutting knives, only steak knives, no cookie sheet, no sponge to wash things, only dishrags, and pans were old and crusty, and there were several dishes and glasses in the cabinets that had not been cleaned and had bits of food and liquid dried on them (!!!) Also, the garbage disposal didnt work. Other than the kitchen, the property was definitely adequate and had everything we needed for our short stay. I would say that the benefit to having a condo with apartment style living is the ability to be able to cook all our own meals-otherwise we would have just stayed in a hotel. It was frustrating to arrive and have the place lacking in so many things we needed. I made due with what was available, but it would have been nice to not have to be inventive and macguyver all the items I needed in the kitchen. Had to buy cleaner to wipe them down in order to sit on them as they had a black dusty film on them but other than that I was very satisfied. I had the oppertunity to speak to the property manager on the phone and he was pleasant and more than helpful with everything.
