From arrival to departure Northstar was great accommodation. Great and friendly service, property was clean and had everything I was looking for. I was able to make most of my meals in house which was a bonus. Property is across the street from the grocery store and village, excellent location. I will book with Peak to Green again.

Newer well furnished 1 bedroom unit with washer & dryer. Gated parking convenient & directly below unit. Unit on grade. Area seemed very safe. Living & bedroom windows faced west into natural forest underbrush. Underbrush about a 30' buffer from Hwy 99 so a bit noisy for sleeping with windows open. Unit convenient to Village so we never used our car during the stay. Pool & hot tub heated. Dressing, showers, lockers and toilet rooms provided. No representative of Peak to Green on site.

Decent place and size. Clean. Very close to the village, easy walking distance. I would probably stay here again but a different unit. No sun can get in because of big trees and very few windows for air circulation. Our unit faced out to the highway so it was noisy.

Loved staying here, has a nice deck, barbecue and the pool and jacuzzi were a real plus. Central location, Wifi, comfortable bed and even laundry.I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

The Northstar 55 unit made me feel so at home that I wanted to move in for good! it was quiet, comfortable, well-organized and extremely clean...and the large patio with a barbeque was a major bonus!It's super close to the Village (particularly the grocery store and some of the finest restaurants Whistler has to offer), so you won't have to walk that far to be in the middle of the action or riding the ski lifts, but is also just far enough outside of the fray that it doesn't get noisy at night like the hotels in the middle of the Village. I would highly recommend this unit to a couple or small family who's looking for a quiet vacation away from it all, or to those who are looking to have a good time and then be able to rest comfortably after a long day of skiing/snowboarding and taking in the nightlife. Book this place. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Whistler need to do a little more to woo the locals into spending there vacation money there.For a family of 5 with accomadation, skiing and food will cost over $5k a week.Whistler will have to sharpen their pencil to compete with Hawaii and Mexico.

We really enjoyed our stay at Northstar. Our condo was a generous size and the private back balcony was just lovely. Whistler is a great resort - we can't wait to go back and we would be more than happy to stay at Northstar again. Thanks!

Booking process and Possible Bed Bugs!

Booking Process: I am quite angry with the end result of the booking process. When originally booking the accomodation, provided me with one final total to rent the accommodation, yet when I arrived to my suite, I was expected to sign a Visa slip with a total that read more than what I was told. It has been 5 days and I am still awaiting a resolution to this conflict - at my expense! Neither side wants to take responsibility, yet the customer (me) has to pay the price of mis-communication. NOT HAPPY! Secondly, I am wondering if there was some sort of bed bug issue. We stayed two nights....after the first night, my husband woke up with two bites (one on each should blade). The next morning, my 2 year old son woke up with two bites on his forehead and I had one on my left shoulder. They are definitely not mosquito bites. When I got home, I had to wash everything in our luggage, and go through the process of eliminating the possibility of bed bugs. Overall, the accomodations itself was in a great location, the suite was well equipped and organized. I am just NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the two above situations. I will never book through again and hesitate to contact Peak to Green for further assistance/accomodations.

We have had ZERO complaints of bed bugs in any of our properties including this one since the guest's stay. It seems quite unfair to bring up topics like this without evidence.
The booking was handled by an outside agency that did not include the reservation fee in the total. They have since included it in all reservations so there should be no discrepancy in future bookings. Unfortunately, Peak to Green is seen as the bad guy. If guests book directly with us, they get the best rate and they avoid any miscommunications.

The location and cleanliness of the unit were great. The unit had everything we needed to feel at home. My only recommendation is to get better details for the check-in process as the details sent to us via e-mail were not correct. Also, the key given for the garbage does not work, you need a pass code.Otherwise we had a great stay and loved the unit we booked.

Peak to Green found me the perfect little one bedroom condo in the heart of Whistler village. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped and walking distance to everything.
There was underground secured parking for my car and motorcycle and insuite laundry. Just what the doctor ordered.
