It is a true ski in ski out. The suite is just as described. It has been nicely renovated with modern furnishings. It is fully equipped and clean. The mattress in the bedroom is sagging in the middle and likely needs replacing. I would definately rent from Blackcomb Peaks Accomm. again and recommend to friends. Unit #304 was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was very nice and updated and you can't beat the location of The Aspens - the kids loved skiing in and out directly from the condo. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The walk to Whistler only took 10-15 minutes and was a pleasant walk through a lovely path. We would stay here again in a minute. For example, both times I asked the same individual a simple question , she told me that she would not talk to me because I "had not rented the condo from her".
