Enjoy the tranquility of the patio for unobstructed views of the dune grass glowing in the setting sun. The large picture windows let you follow the sun as it slowly sets into the Pacific. The beach trail is just a few steps from the backdoor and leads you through the dune grass to overlook the majestic Pacific. Following a dip in the ocean or walk on the beach, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for couples.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Unit 613 was very well equipped and in great condition. The Unit does get rather warm and we were not comfortable leaving windows open when we were not there and at night since it is on the ground floor. And as nice as it is to walk right out the door to the beach or to take the dog out, it is also less private because of that access. In the future we might pick an upper level unit where we could leave windows open and not have traffic at eye level outside the windows. Thanks for allowing our dog to join us. Only feedback would be to give the guests a tour of how to get to the hot tub, towels, and that you will need your key. It was assumed we knew and made it uncomfortable and frustrating walking in circles after asking where it was and how to use it when we were in our suits in the cold. We also didn't have any extra rolls of toilet paper. We booked 3 nights, extra towels, toilet paper and shampoo for the 2nd and 3rd night would have been nice.
