Upstairs (careful of steep risers) are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath (tub/shower combo). The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed. A/C units are in both bedrooms and in the living room. Please note that the owner of the building lives in the apartment to the left and also owns "Discount Designer Fabrics" which is also on the premises. Outside is a patio with a dining set and charcoal grill. This home does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer. Laundromat is close by. Please No Smoking and No Pets!
