Our standard size one-bedroom sleeps four and features a full bath and full kitchen with all of the amenities. You can also enjoy the salty air from the small private storm-windowed porch of your unit.

Experience recreation with relaxation at the Nautical Mile Resort, located just one mile off of the beach. With tennis courts, basketball court, Jacuzzi, outdoor pool, picnic tables and gas grills, the Nautical Mile offers plenty of activities on premise to entertain you and your family.
If you feel like venturing out, there are many opportunities in the town of Wells. Take a charming trolley ride through Wells and neighboring Ogunquit. A short trolley stop away, the town of Ogunquit affords endless occasions for dining, shopping, strolling the famous Marginal Way path, or visiting the theaters. Nearby scenic Kennebunk and Kennebunkport offer historic neighborhoods and an inviting waterfront.

Our standard size one-bedroom features a full bath and full kitchenette with all of the amenities also comes standard. You can also enjoy the salty air from the private screened porch within your unit.

Office hours vary by season. Peak season- July-August, the office will remain open until 9PM nightly. Other times of the year September-June 8AM-5PM- Saturday-Thursday and Friday 8AM-8PM. Housekeeping hours M/T/Th/F/Sat 9:00 am -3:00 pm off season, M-Sun 9:00 am-4:00 pm in season.
