This fantastic one level home has a large open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, New Hardwood floors throughout!and fantastic panoramic oceanfront views. Access to miles of sandy beach is only steps off this home's patio.There are two Boogie boards available for renters to use. This home also has everything needed for a baby or toddler!THIS HOME NOW OFFERS DSL/WIFI!Please Note: This home can get alot of sand around it in the winter months. Great Room: Oceanfront views with queen sofa sleeper, 40? LED TV. with expanded cable, and VCR, CD, DVD, tape and stereo, game/card table with lots of games and puzzles, VCR tapes, Lopi wood stove. Master bedroom: Oceanfront master suite with pillow top king bed, electric blanket, 32? LED TV. and VCR/DVD with expanded cable,and roll away bed, adjoining bath with extra large soaking tub/ shower, tile counter double sinks and skylight. Shell Bedroom: Pillow top queen bed, electric blanket, TV. and VCR/DVD with expanded cable, and single rollaway bed.bay and bridge view. Lighthouse bedroom 3: Pillow top queen bed with electric blanket, TV. and VCR/DVD with expanded cable, bay and bridge view. Bath 1: Master with two sinks, extra large soaking tub/shower and skylight Bath 2: Tub/shower tile vanity. Kitchen: Fully equipped, panoramic ocean view, new and modern, microwave, trash compactor, New Jenn Aire glass cooktop range in tiled island counter with five bar stools, two bagel toasters, New dishwasher, coffee grinder, and blender. Adjoining dining area has large wood table with six chairs and a large hutch. Baby/Toddler ammenities: High chair, Pack-n-Play, booster seat, new born rocker, Stroller, Disney movies and kids games!
