The spacious master suite opens to a large covered lanai. With king bed, IPod dock, TV, DVD, large walk-in closet, personal safe, mini bar with Sub Zero under counter refrigerator, dual vanity, deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and private lavatory to pamper your every need.

The second guest bedroom also opens to a covered lanai, offers a king bed, IPod dock, TV,DVD, generous closet, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Ho'olei is spectacular with Hawaiian landscaping, extensive water features, and a lush tropical pool and pavilion. Road was very noisy and we had tree trimmers and their grinder parked in front of our lanai for three days....could not enjoy the outdoor lanai. Right from the very start, the property management representative was personable and informative. She provided us with a tour of the house and let us know about the important features of the home. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Cons (and they are minimal) - 1) It would have been nice to know what sundries were available prior to our stay. 2) The house is right next to the street, so sitting outside on an afternoon can be a little noisy. Pros - Too many! Perfect setting, great pool, professional cleaning crew, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a blast, and were sad to leave. Also we had teens with us and they loved the pool at the Grand Wailea, we wish we would of had access to the pools, I guess only some unit had access to it. But over all we love the home and location.. I recommended!! I suggest getting access to the pool at the Grand Wailea resort, the kids and teens would love it even more!!! The resort itself was beautiful, the pool was perfect for an infant because it had a walk-in area with "sand" & low water. The pool area was never overcrowded. The unit was PERFECT, very clean & plenty big. There was a worry about the street noise from the lanai, but we really weren't affected by it. Sure, we heard cars drive by, but we weren't looking for total silence. This was a spacious, spotless villa with every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked with every high end appliance and cooking utensils etc. It was professionally decorated, bedding was high-quality and the beds themselves were comfortable. The villa is very close to the pool (which is gorgeous and typically empty), however it is also close to the road. Although you cannot see the road, you can hear it from the lanai, but we did not find it to be bothersome. The noise could not be heard if the doors were closed. I would highly recommend this unit. Our Family Vacation week at Ho'olei #12-3 A guest from Calgary, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2011 Our family of six adults enjoyed our week at Ho'olei #12-3 in Wailea. With 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms it was very spacious, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The deck was large and private and had a Wolf barbeque. It was nice having the attached garage, as well as extra parking for a second car close by. The unit was located close to the beautiful pool area as well as across the street from the Grand Wailea Hotel, shopping, beaches, and amenities. As was stated to us, the unit is closer to the main road and is a little noisy on the deck, especially during the daytime. This was not a concern to us as we were out most of the day and at night with the patio doors shut we could hear very little traffic. This was reflected in the reduced rate when we booked. Our only negative, and not a big deal, was the barbeque could use some maintenace, as we managed to smoke out our neighbors when we used the barbeque. We mentioned it to the management company on checking out. All in all, a great experience and we can't wait to go back. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 Condo was great for our family of six. it was very nicely furnished and has very high-end accessories (beds, tv's, towels, linens, etc.) of all the ho'olei units, it is closest to the ho'olei pool and a short, easy walk to the wailea beach in front of the four seasons and grand wailea. the ho'olei pool and fitness center were very nice and we used them often. the kitchen and grill were well equipped; having everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner (although we only cooked dinner once because of the abundance of great restaurants in Maui).there is a very limited view of the ocean from the upstairs lanai but we were out and about doing so many things on the island that this was not an issue for us. there was also occasional road noise when sitting out on the lanais (i.e., you could not hear that inside the condo) which were otherwise tranquil, tropical settings.
