The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be made to a king upon request, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with tub shower and dual vanity.

The Wailea Beach Villas sit on magnificent Wailea Beach and offers two pools and Jacuzzis, fitness center, buisness center, activity room with billiards, concierge service, gated security and access to the Shops at Wailea right from the property.

Truly Fantastic A guest from Austin, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The best way to describe this unit and property is that it is one of the most well maintained and well appointed condos we have rented. The unit is in exceptional condition and very clean. Upon arrival, the property manager met us at the property to check us in and show us around the unit. We did not need anything during our stay but had a question and they responded quickly. The unit is tasteful decorated with top of the line furnishings and appliances. It has everything you need for cooking and grilling regarding pots, pans, and utensils. Tho property is immaculately maintained and very clean. There are two pools (one adult only). They have staff at the pools and on the beach to help with chairs and towels. The location is excellent. Across from the Shops at Wailea with gated access to it (I didn't think it mattered, but was convenient for the ABC Convenience store in the shops (water, wine, beer, snacks, etc). It is a short walk to the restaurants at the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons.I cannot find anything negative about this unit. Truly Fantastic! We are planning our next trip already. The unit has amazing views, is very roomy, and is very well stocked with quality throughout. They thought of everything. More there than we could possibly use, but it really felt like home.What a perfect location. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, beaches, and shopping. The grounds are really beautiful and also very comfortable, beach set ups are nice and all staff is very friendly. Water and sunscreen is provided for you at the pools. We found all the amenities nice as well.I highly recommend Maui Rental Group, their agent met us at the unit to show us through and how to use everything and left us with a wonderful cheese and champagne basket. Very nice touch. Their agents were all very friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely book with them again.
