The master bedroom has new furniture including a king bed, flat screen TV, new linens, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The new master bath has double walk in shower and dual vanity sinks with granite.

The guest bedroom also has new twin beds which can be converted to king upon request, TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning and en-suite remodeled bath.

The lush grounds are extremely well tended. There are two pools, an adult pool and family pool both with jacuzzi and barbeques.The Wailea Tennis Center is right next door.

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, worry free condo. Judy J. from Mountain View, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in January, 2013 This condo was exactly as pictured and described. We needed 2 King beds and the twins were made into a king prior to our arrival. The decor was wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we never had any needs that weren't met by this condo. We opened the lanai door and the front door leaving the screens closed on both doors and there a nice cross breeze. Didn't need to use the air conditioner often because of this and the fans in both the bedrooms and the living room. Check in and check out process was the easiest I have ever had. If your thinking of staying at this condo, DO, you won't be disappointed. The only suggestion I could make to the owners is that they invest in a better mattress over lay for the twin beds when making them into a king. My sister and her husband stayed in this room and said that the bed had a bump in the middle where they joined the twins together and that the bed was abit hard. It was very clean and obviously well maintained by the owners. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to others. We did have a situation where the refrigerator suddenly began to defrost. Although Maui Rentals was closed on the Friday we were able to reach someone at the emergency number who sent a repair person over immediately to correct the problem. Unit 139 was very private and quiet. We had a couple of problems: the air conditioning unit in the living room did not work and had to be replaced; and the washer stopped working as well, but was repaired on the same day of our call. The staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with.We would definitely consider going back.
