It has an ocean front barbecue and picnic area as well as an ocean view gym. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment.
Unit #2108 is an exquisite upstairs two bedroom two bath remodeled unit that can sleep 5. This magnificent property has panoramic ocean, mountain and sunset views. From unit 2108 it is a short walk down through the complex to the ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, central AC, Cable/DVD/Blu-ray/CD players and high speed internet service. There is a king bed in the master, and a queen and twin bed in the guest room. The ocean view lanai features outside dining and has a private gas grill for your use. The unit is also stocked with beach gear, an umbrella, and a cooler.

The unit itself is very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The lanai has a gas BBQ, table and 4 chairs as well as two chaise lounges which allows everyone to relax while you watch the sunset into the sea. The unit is on the top floor and you need to walk up 4 short flights to get into the unit which was only tough when bringing in the several bags of groceries we picked up. Walking down to the beach was simple, but returning up the steep hill was let's just say, good exercise. Since the unit was one of the farthest back from the beach, we ended up packing all of our beach chairs, etc and driving down to the lower pool area which made it a lot easier. The kitchen was completely outfitted and everything was very updated. Washrooms were terrific and beautifully decorated. If there were any mild negatives they were minimal. The gym is very small with limited equipment but still enough to get a workout as long as there are no more than 2 people in it at one time. In the actual unit, sheets should definitely be upgraded.
