The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
Unit # 1305 is very desirable because of its easy access to parking and convenient proximity to the pool. It is a ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a queen size sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen. The ocean can be viewed from the newly tiled lanai that is equipped with barbecue and chaise lounges. You will enjoy the fully air conditioned system, large washer and dryer, DVD, 2 TV's and CD player as well as high speed internet service. Boogie boards, port-a-crib, and beach chairs are also available. A little bit of heaven!

Needing some work and a major cleaning. A guest from Westlock, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 18 days in December, 2011 Condo could use a good overall cleaning. Replace the coach or at least clean it and under it. Pull out and have a look at the pull out bed. TV remotes do not work and for the price of tv's today just replace them. Clean inside of cupboards and you should never leave locked up food in your cupboards. Emptying those and leaving them for guest storage would be way better and would also rid your place of ants. Have cleaning supplies in unit and therefore guest that are staying for extended periods would help with cleaning since your staff is not up to par. Worst spot on Maui! A guest from Edmonton, AB does not recommend this property. Stayed for 12 days in February, 2011 On arrival, the property was noted to be very dirty. There were ants in the kitchen eating dried up food from the previous tenants. There was a lot of dust buildup on and under the furniture and the carpet edges were very builtup with dirt. However, the real surprise was in the bedroom. The comforter had a bloodstain, the sheets had holes and the towels had yellowed stains and old makeup on them. The management company did provide new towels however, all the dirty linens were left on the bed by the maid and the new linen dropped off on a spare bed with the tags still on. For the duration of our stay (12 days) we tried our best to touch nothing in the suite! It is not really a BBQ, but an electric grill. We only used it once and did not like it. We really like to BBQ when there, so it was unfortunate.
