The condo was well stocked with many things to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The unit was well cleaned for us however the light carpet and upholstery are in need of replacement as they are quite soiled in places. The living room sofa has also lost its support and the floor to floor sound transmission was a bit disruptive at times. Overall there were many positives and we would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. The Property Management Company was super accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The photos didn't quite prepare us for the age of the property, it's a bit tired and in need of a Reno. While it was fairly clean, the showers need a major clean and the mattress covers need replacing. I ran a vrbo and therefore am picky! That said the amenities were good, nice free parking, beaches a15-20 minute walk and many great restaurants close by.
