The dishwasher is sounding rough, we had to repair the toilet handles and garburator when we arrived and a light is hanging out of its casing in one of the bathrooms. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2010 We had a wonderful stay, beautiful view from our lanai, we watched the sunset every night from the lanai. Pretty spacious place. there were also towels, coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and an umbrella all included in the rental, so that was a very nice bonus. Unfortunetly the rental group did not know about it so we had already rented a few of the items, Next time we wont and it was a lovely stay. In bedrooms, install heavier drapes or shades on windows and glass doors to reduce early morning light and outside lights. 2. Install a solid (rather than the existing louvered) door to the bedroom with the twin beds. Otherwise we enjoyed our stayed immensely. The cleanliness wasn't perfect - we had a couple of nasty surprises. But the good thing was the management were great and offered to sort it out for us and then we received a lovely basket of gifts. So that took away the sour feeling we had from the beginning. The only other slight down point was the renovation work happening in the day very close to our appartment. But apart from that the property was great, well equipped, nice location, great size, nice view, good price.
