Stayed for 11 days in February, 2013
"Ocean view" is 1/4 of the view, 3/4 being a very industrial looking Hilton hotel across a fairway. Mattresses extremely soft, so watch your back. Communal barbecue is an impractically long distance away. Very sterile, no books or DVD's, tacky cheap "artwork." If you want a $250/night rental for $550/night, this is for you!

The property location and amenities were exactly as shown; the unit was beautiful inside and out, and having stayed in Kailua-Kona on all our previous visits, we would now make this our permanent Big Island vacation spot. The pool was fantastic, our kids didn't want to leave! Please put a coffee grinder inthe unit, though - when you're in the land of the best coffee in the world, you want to grind beans! Aloha!
