Our beautiful gated condominium overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course 3rd and 4th green and the King?s Lake, is our favorite place to vacation and we are confident you will find it the perfect place for your Hawaiian holiday.

We are a short walk to Anaeho?omalu Bay beach where you can snorkel, paddleboard or just catch some sun (and we have always seen at least one sea turtle cruising around). The complex is in the best location of the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort, within easy walking distance to the King?s Shops, and the Queen?s Marketplace, which both offer dining and shopping opportunities.

We?ve furnished our condominium as a true second home for ourselves and our guests. Enjoy your morning cup of Kona coffee on the lanai and watch the sun set over the ocean while you barbeque on the grill. We?ve provided everything that we have wanted on our vacations. The kitchen is fully outfitted with the latest appliances, granite countertops, all cookware (dishes, utensils, microwave, ice-maker).

We have hand-picked all of the furnishings and artwork to capture the true paradise that is ?the Big Island?. The Living Room features a 42' Wide Screen High Definition cable feed LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player (Netflix, Amazon Video, and internet accessible) as well as a portable iPod dock. The condo has ceiling fans throughout allowing you to leave the windows open and sleep in the cool Hawaiian night air. However, there is also central air-conditioning, if you prefer. Free high-speed, wireless internet is available throughout the unit if you can?t completely shut out the ?real world? while on vacation. The master bedroom features all teak wood furnishings. We provide all of the pillows, sheets and blankets and both bedrooms feature Tempur-pedic style mattresses, offering you one of the most comfortable night sleeps you have had in years. The couch converts to a standard queen bed if you need extra
room for your keiki, and the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and we provide all the necessities: towels, hair dryers, shampoo & conditioner, and soap (you may be able to get away with just a carry-on on the plane!).

To complete your stay , we also include beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, picnic bags, and an ice chest for your excursions outside of your vacation home. The complex has two beautiful tropical pools and spas for your enjoyment. Our managers are just a call away for any concierge services you may need at reasonable rates to assist our valued guests during their vacation.

Amazing condo close to everything! Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 This condo is fantastic. It was not only very clean, but had everything you can wish for and more. All appliances worked great, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to cook, pack lunches and BBQ. The best thing for us was the build in grill on the lanai, where you can BBQ on your own lanai. You can park your car in the garage that comes with the condo and you will find snorkel gear for 3 people, two beach chairs and an umbrella there. The condo is within a short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Queen's Shopping Center has a great deli/grocery/ABC store combination, you'll get deli sandwiches and great sushi there, and you can also buy your meat/fish and anything else for your own cooking.We can not recommend eating at the 'Maccaroni Grill', the food is poor quality, doesnt' taste good and is overpriced. Great beaches are within a short drive, all very clean with bathrooms and showers.Go ahead book this condo, you will not regret it!! The property and villa was well taken care of and spacious. Staying near the shops was nice as well. We had some trouble getting into the lock box initially, but did eventually manage it.
