Nice porch furniture can accommodate everyone for meals. The sport pool (16 x 32) has volleyball and a cabana bar with a refrigerator, gas grill, TV, and a stereo; so the amenities are close at hand. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water and first floor half bath are perfect after the beach or pool. No pets and no smoking. The ground floor offers handicap friendly features which include a ramp to the front door, a step in shower with railing and two side seats, as well as a wide doorway to make passing from bathroom to bedroom easy. There is also ramp access to the pool area. 2 Step is a great place to unwind and enjoy the unspoiled pleasures of the best part of the beach. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TVS. BATHROOMS ARE 3 FULL AND 2 HALF.
